Es war alles hervorragend, sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Angebote, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Essen hat auch geschmeckt, es war wirklich sehr schön! Wir hatten Glück in einer Aktionswoche dabei zu sein, dadurch konnten wir Standup-Paddeln und die Fahrräder kostenfrei nutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Uns hat eigentlich alles sehr gut gefallen, nur eine Kleinigkeit war für meinen Mann ein wenig ärgerlich beim Abendbrot essen. Er hatte sein Steak nicht so bekommen wie er es bestellt hat, für einen Hobbykoch etwas ärgerlich 😄 (Medium rare bestellt und es war leider durch gebraten) Mein Essen war aber super!

Das Frühstück war ein Traum, sehr abwechslungsreich, leckere Smoothie, wunderschön angerichtet, tolle Aussicht, gemütlich, man hätte ewig sitzen können

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich,achtsam und kompetent.
Die Lage direkt am See ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer modern und wohnlich. Der direkte Seezugang aussergewöhnlich.
Das Wellnessbehandlungsangbot war aufgrund von Krankeitsbedingten Ausfällen bei den Mitarbeitern für uns nicht nutzbar. Das war schade, jedoch eben nur eine Ausnahmesituation.

Alles war mega-schön!
trotz der 10 Sterne möchte ich gern 2 Hinweise geben! Im herausragenden Saunagarten fehlte es an einem Personal, dass ab und an mal nach Getränken fragt! Wasser ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch hätte die tolle Atmosphäre zu einem Cocktail, Bier, etc. eingeladen! Zudem mussten Leihgebühren für Sub‘s am Strand entrichtet werden - bei einem Hotel, was nach seinem eigenen Anspruch keine Wünsche offen lässt, wäre es schöner, wenn solche Dinge einfach inklusive sind!

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay in this beautiful location by the lake! The saunas were very relaxing and the food was excellent. We enjoyed meeting Pasindou, who was working in the restaurant.

Room location, spa, water sports, quality of food in restaurant. Hotel is ultra modern, room is a great size and the balconies overlooking the lake large enough to sit out comfortably. Food quality was a surprise - excellent. Spa has three saunas and beach area to lounge. Place squeaky clean. Overall great value for money.
Staff in restaurant lax in picking up on customers wanting drink refills, delivering bills and in general paying attention to customers on tables other than the one they just delivered to or cleared. Buffet breakfast not always well stocked later in the "open" period - eg glasses for juice but also supply of items. In other words restaurant management needs to focus on staff training and monitoring.

What a gem! I was very impressed by everything: the comfort, the extremely friendly staff, the exclusiveness of the beaches, all the activities offered, the delicious food and drinks, the beautiful location, and convenient parking. My daughter and I had a wonderful time playing and relaxing, and we are looking forward to another stay!
Not many options on the lunch menu. We wanted to stay at the beach the entire day but we had to change and go into town for lunch then come back to the hotel. It would have been nice if the restaurant offered a wider variety of lunch food, like sandwiches, salads, pizza, etc. Also, no bar at the activities beach - we were thirsty and wanted something cold to drink after doing our activities!
