Charming Ambiente, clean, friendly staff (including cute dog). Locked parking close to the hotel.

Fantastic host, great off street parking opposite, comfortable, nicely furnished with antiques, fantastic and cheap breakfast, cute self service bar/lounge.

The breakfast was an excellent buffet, in a small building in the courtyard of the hotel. Also in this building was an honesty bar, which was a great way to unwind before going to bed.

The rooms were quite "tired", but still comfortable.

Location was very central; staff was very helpful! The value was tremendous. Wonderful bathroom.

The only issue (at all) was that my room was located on the ground floor, next to a restaurant, and the patrons could be heard quite clearly (bothersome at night). Not the hotel's fault, just something of note.

Absolutely perfect place to stay for short or longer time, kind and helpful reception, we found everything we needed in the room, it was warm,clean, comfortable and very cosy. Nice backyard. Highly recommend and will visit again when have an opportunity

It is a very comfortable and cozy hotel located at the heart of the city - close both to the train station and the historical old town. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was very delicious with a diverse selection of foods, including the local (Silesian) specialties. I cannot wait to my next trip to Görlitz and will stay in this hotel again.
