Un appartamento ristrutturato con gusto situato in una posizione perfettamente centralizzata a Midtown Sacramento, a pochi passi da molti dei migliori ristoranti e bar della zona. Un sacco di finestre per far entrare la luce naturale e fornire un'atmosfera aerea. Originariamente costruito più di 125 anni fa, ora con recenti tocchi di eleganza come i paraspruzzi in marmo e le piastrelle del bagno in mosaico di marmo. Una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elementi essenziali e il bucato ti permette di sistemarti piacevolmente. Ti piacerà questo :)

A very nice and clean apt. Walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Quiet and offers off street parking. I would stay here again. I felt safe. This building has 4 apt’s. I stayed in Apt 4. There was an issue one night with the apt below me but the manager called immediately to let me know what was going on and it was taken care of quickly. I appreciate the communication being so efficient.

This VRBO is the perfect little place if you want to be in Midtown. We were literally within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. The neighborhood is super friendly and very social.
We have stayed in the same VRBO 4 times now, and it never disappoints. The property manager is very responsive and actually checks in on us routinely (via email.) The rental is clean, and the perfect setup for the 3 of us who stayed.
We love how easy it was to navigate Midtown. Within walking distance are many places to eat, corner stores, and fun night spots. We highly recommend this VRBO!

We were at an event at the convention center, and this was a convenient place to stay that was nearby. Clean, comfortable, nice that the parking could fit 2 mid-sized vehicles.

Property is clean and spacious. Owner is responsive. Walking distance to coffee shops, small grocery stores, and restaurants.

Easy access, great location, attractive property, attentive manager.
Issues: October 2022 dishwasher is broken & appears to have been broken for some time, shower door handle is falling off & bathroom fan is on sensor & comes on in middle of night & various other times, floor is vacuumed, but needs a good mopping, silverware drawer tries to fall to the floor. Management company is responsive, but not doing the fixes that need to be done.

Walking distance to restaurants and running/biking distance to capital. Stayed for a few days to attend ironman and worked out extremely well. Two bedrooms with queen/twin was adequate for wife and son support me for race. Would recommend and come back.

A friend and I spent 5 nights here for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. There's lots of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance as well as a mass transit. The neighborhood is also pretty chill.

Well maintained 1890s appt with easy access to some great restaurants, shops and activities. We enjoyed the details of many older homes all around, strolling the capital grounds and park and the street fair/market during the weekend.

Confirm A/C is working
It was a cute place but had some odd things about it. You can only get to the silverware by opening the dishwasher. The kitchen isn't well stocked.
The A/C wasn't working in most of the apartment. There was a separate unit in the back bedroom that was working, however the front bedroom and living room didn't work. They did refund us some money due to this issue. We suggested fans as well as there were only space heaters in the property. They weren't able to get us fans to us during our stay.
The location was great and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay
Brought my kids to Sacramento to see the Capitol, old Sacramento and Train museum. Meals are expensive so we opted to try this vrbo place instead of a hotel. It’s very clean and Check-in/out was a breeze.

Some needed items
Overall this property is great. The listing did not mention that there are 2 separate bedrooms and a pullout sofa. The beds were so comfortable and the linens so soft I spent time looking for a manufacturers tag. We had problems regulating the heat and would recommend printed or you tube instructions. The property is great. Stylishly appointed. The kitchen ...we stay in VRBO"s because we don't like to eat all our meals in restaurants. The kitchen is lacking in utensils(dull knives) no pasta pot,strainer cups,bowels and such. You can't open the cutlery drawer without opening the dishwasher. Easy fix is to change the handle ON the dishwasher. Location is great accessible to walk to stores,restaurants etc and there is parking on site. Please leave 2 rolls of TP and paper towels and fix the kitchen issues. Then this will be a Premiere Property.

Historic maybe, but not memorable
Communication with hosts saved this from being an awful review. We are becoming less pleased with off-site/out of town, ie Memphis TN in this case, management companies. The lock code instructions were incomplete, causing a late arrival headache. Very clean place with a helpful cleaning crew who we met and who fixed another major headache with the TV. Wires all over the place, no antenna, dead batteries in the remote. Again the management did respond on the phone but could basically do nothing.
Shoddy cabinet drawers couldn't open, dishwasher literally falls open onto your leg if you're not lucky. No end tables next to sofa so drinks go - where?
Heat units on walls were useless so each room had a space heater.
These kinds of properties will only deteriorate if the management never sets foot, much less actually stays in them.
Can't rely on trendy pictures forever!

Short walk to many restaurants & bars. Comfortable living area with open kitchen. Quality internet. Bedrooms are separated (1 front & 1 back). Parking spaces are tight.

Very quiet. Clean, kitchen was nice. Just enough cooking stuff. Could use a few more things. Spatula for the non stick pan would be nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Would like to stay again next year.

Great location in Midtown
The property and property management was great. Located in Midtown and easy walk to great restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straightforward, the property was clean, was as advertised and was stocked with necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. Parking in the back of the property was really nice as well. Would stay here again.

One problem: Bathroom light and fan come on automatically when entering the bathroom in the middle of the night. But it's possible we could not figure out the switch.

Convenient!
My son and I stayed here while we were having appointments at Shriners. It was a perfect location and very clean. We did not spend a ton of time in the home and mostly got carry out meals. The kitchen has the basic amenities if you want to make meals in. We’ll stay here again!

Great Location
Great place to stay in Mid-Town. Can walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Quite neighborhood and apartment was modern and updated. Beds were really comfortable. Property Manager was great and responded if I had a question or needed anything. Definately going to stay here again.

Adorable & Roomy Apartment
We stayed in Sacramento/MidTown for 4 days to visit my Son. This apartment was in the perfect location, especially if you enjoy walking to local restaurants, pubs, the Capitol etc. There were only 2 of us in the apartment, so it definately had enough room. The interior looked to be recently updated and was very clean. The ONLY negative was it got very warm in the afternoon (common for these older houses) and it didn't help that Sacramento was hitting recorfd highs. However, the AC in the bedroom was excellent, and we used a floor fan to make it more comfortable in other parts of the apartment. Still an excellent stay!!

Very tidy and fit for purpose
Stayed for just one night. This host has a wonderful series of before, during, and after check-ins intended to proactively ensure a comfortable stay.
The accommodations were as advertised and really clean. Though its an older historical building, the interior reflects a relatively recent remodel with a tidy aesthetic that optimizes utility and space.
Overall, felt it was good value at this price point. Rapid and EZ checkout obligations were much appreciated when in a hurry to hit the road.
I would stay her and recommend it to others.

Super cute and comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay. It’s right in the downtown area so close to everything. The bed was comfortable and the house was clean. We loved the shower, nice and big with a tall shower head.

So charming and bigger than you think!
I drove up and wasn’t quite sure what to expect but when I entered the apartment, I was verrrrrry pleasantly surprised! All of Sacramento had sold out months before for the annual wine industry convention and I stumbled across this lil’ diamond in the rough! Well appointed with everything you need! Comfortable bed in one room and hideabed couch in the other! Just what I needed ANNNNND at a great value! It’s also located close to a couple of brew pubs, one with bocce ball courts!
