CSR was very helpful, she was friendly and very detailed with information.

I did not like the services rendered due to: Bugs in 1 of the bedrooms and bathroom which rendered it unuseable 1/2 bath toilet was unuseable even after maintenance came out twice Pool never warmed after calling for 2 days but I was still charged for usuage Door alarm to the patio malfunctioned and was very anoying. Technician stated that vendor knew of the issue & just had not had time to correct it!

neighbors were loud. you should space out people in neighborhood.

the property was excellent. there were some issues, but most were resolved by the staff. overall, we were very pleased.

Everything. The house was beautiful spacious and clean. Loved the theater room!!

The sink with the garbage disposal had a terrible odor that filled the kitchen.

Very spacious and clean. The kids really enjoyed the water park.
