Nothing at alll

My son got food poisoning from the restaurant at the resort and we were in a terrible shape for the 2 days of the stay. The beach was 100% sunk with seaweed so how a beach vacation be a vacation without a single visit yo the beach

The location is nice and the property is very beautiful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Love that the resort is so big and has many outdoor pool options.

The pool lights in our private pool did not work so we couldn’t us the pool late at night. That was a bit of a disappointment for my daughter who was celebrating her birthday weekend.

the shower was directly by the bedroom and had no outlet for the steam from the shower. This caused the bedroom to be always damp, including the bedding and our clothes! Our first day we only had 2 towels. No hand towels at all. there were no other towels of any kind in the kitchen! we had to ask constantly for toiletries and fir our wet towels to be changed. several lights did not work, inside and in the pool area. surely there should be a system to check that everything is correct before changeover. - it’s not a hard thing to do! there were no coupons available for the beach towels

Beautiful property from the outside.

Broken lamps in the room. Called the front desk to ask for assistance, got nothing. Room service took over an hour and a half. No luggage carts. had to walk far in the heat to get to our room.

I liked all of the customer service when dealing with the employees. The only exception was when I went to the duty store on my first day about 5:45 and they were obviously annoyed (like really obviously), but we had just gotten settled and they did not close until 6.

The tub from the room above leaked into our bathroom, so taking a jacuzzi bath was not an option.

It was clean

The beds were hard and awful. The restaurant food was marginal.

Our suite room was spacious and had brilliant facilities.

However the shower was constantly flooding and despite the cleaner/maintenance team using unblocker this continued to happen. The lift was out of use for 3 days, carrying a baby, pushchair and shopping up and down 2 flights of stairs was difficult. The staff at The Crane can be very unhelpful, they are not welcoming and never offer to help guide tourists around the resort. If you stay at The Crane you will wish you had never visited Barbados in the first place. The gym was so run down, the multi level pools were lovely but full of mould and the paving was covered in dust/mould. Food/drinks stains all over the table and deck chairs and bits of rubbish flying about.

Considering your charges, at breakfast should be part of the package. Also provide drinking water in the rooms

The staff we all friendly and helpful. I must mention Robyn the restaurant supervisor, she was very willing and accommodating to our concerns. Excellent service all round.

The private pool at our room wasn't the cleanest. This could've been better kept.
