Helemaal niks!

O quarto é ainda mais bonito e espaçoso pessoalmente… a vista do Vulcão é incrível!

The view was absolutely beautiful and that is exactly what you are paying for. I work in hotels and I cannot wrap my head around this hotel being 5 stars.
The manager of the hotel was rude and had no concern for my safety. I had one of the drivers of the hotel take me to the hanging bridges hike and he told me he would be able to pick me back up when I was finished. When I finished the hike I called the hotel and they said there was no way for them to come get me, I had no wifi for an Uber and no cash for a taxi I told them, the manager didn’t care. I told them I was going to have to walk back (a 2 1/2 hour walk in the lighting and rain) the staff of the National park overheard me and volunteered to take me back in their employee shuttle, amazing humans the staff at Arenal hanging bridges National park, I still thank you for taking me back safely.
And things of lesser importance, unlike my own life and safety.
The food was terrible, you can tell they cater to the “American diet” cheeseburgers, sandwiches, pasta, falafel sandwich, all some of the worst food I’ve ever had.
Just go down the road and get food from one of the local restaurants.

Very natural, not commercialized. Incredibly close to the volcano, can see it directly from your room balcony. The landscaping equally beautiful to Tabacon, lots of trails to the lobby/restaurant/spa/springs filled with beautiful fauna. Room was huge with a separate partitioned room with daybed and desk. Ceilings on first level vaulted, gave a family of four ample room and luxury. Room service prompt and affordable.

The views of the volcano and the gardens are beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms extremely spacious. The hot springs were spectacular and we had them all for ourselves every time we went!

Fabulous property with amazing rooms. Loved the breakfast and dinners at the restaurant.

The property is amazing. One of the best views of Arenal we had. The gardens are beautiful and the staff are amazing. They made the experience. The breakfast is very good too. Overall, a good value for the price.
Poor lighting at night to return to our suite. Getting back to the most remote buildings via the paths was treacherous! Rooms are ok. they are very clean, but a bit dated and
musty (which may just be par for the course in the rainforest!) . Our room had a hot tub, which my husband enjoyed, but I found added to the mustiness. After the first day we did not have any hot water for the shower. The maintenance people were working on it, but it was not addressed before we checked out, so cold showers for 2 days. The food was ok.

Location is pretty good
Definitely trading on past glory. It is 100% not a 5 star hotel...(Its more like a 3 star that used to be a 4 star 20 years ago)
This place is tired and old and just really bad value for money compared to everywhere else we stayed on a 3 week trip. Just feels old fashioned and lazy when for what they charge you can easily find so much better 5 minutes away

Location, volcano view, hot springs area, restaurant, whirlpool at the room, service, etc.

Perfect central location for all guests.
The lighting in the rooms, hard to read, perhaps little nightlights by the beds and office area.

The location !
Not many vegetarian options for food .

great rooms with good view to the volcano, nice hot tub in the room
many small details were missing:
there were no bath robes in the room, even though there is hot tub
the room door didn’t have any protection in its bottom part, so we encountered few ants in the room
hot tub light did not work
the panoramic windows in the room were not single sided, so everyone who watched could see the inside of the room
the hot springs felt quite cheap

The view was exceptional, the rooms were huge.
Very expensive restaurant/ foor and beverages. The food at the restaurant , with the exception of breakfast which was good, was poor.

We had a room with a hot tub with an incredible view of the volcano. Waking up each day to that view was incredible. The hot springs on site were good as were the other springs at the other site that the hotel guests have access to.

Superb view of Arenal volcano; most of the time we were there we could see it clearly lying in our bed! The room was huge and very clean, and the jacuzzi was very welcome. The gardens were lovely and we enjoyed the stroll from our room to the restaurant. We had a nice massage in the spa and the staff were very attentive.
The food in the main restaurant was just OK, and they got my dinner order wrong on the first evening. (The food in the poolside bar was better!)

Kioro Suites team is exceptional, amazing view from the room and nice hot springs (open till 10pm!)
I heard noises from the upper room (people walking, toilets...) so I recommend asking for 1st floor rooms. Also, the jacuzzi was still set on auto when we checked in, despite that we didn't want to use it...it was covered and closed in our room so we didn't check. And it started its auto routine at midnight, so we stopped sleeping until we found the off switch...be sure.to check!

Our room had a beautiful view of the Arenal volcano. We had to leave early one morning for an excursion and the hotel had a "to go" breakfast for us.
Dinner prices were a bit expensive. The tv was too small for the size room we were in. It was hard to see from the bed.
I have a very sensitive nose and I could smell vanilla spray or maybe cleaning products that were used in the room
