The view was gorgeous. The room a great size and loved the fire if it was a chilly evening. The young girl running the motel was so lovely. She was friendly, chatty and ran the motel so well. Breakfast always set out so well too. Thank you to her! The motel has a shuttle service which was excellent as you are a little way out of town.

The grounds and room were so peaceful. The room felt luxurious. I’m so glad I stayed outside of the FJ main drag.

I can’t think of anything I would change.

clean, modern and very nice staff and service.

Clean, new rooms. Lovely style. Large and comfy.

Would have loved some cooking facilities, even just a microwave.

There shouldn’t be a charge for the laundry considering the prices you charge.

Our room was upgraded, giving us a spa and more space. Very clean. Quiet and peaceful setting. Lots of lovely eating places to choose from in town.

Unfortunately the weather wasn't very co-operative, raining quite a bit. Can't plan everything!

If only we could have stayed longer. Literally this is an oasis of tranquility after visiting the Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers. A beautiful, garden setting on the north side of Franz Josef. We sat out on the decking overlooking the pond late afternoon listening to birdsong. The rooms were amazing, spacious, well planned with a huge bed and large bathroom. We paid for continental breakfast and were very happy the selection.
