Absolutely stand out customer care!! Morena was a rare gem of a find and made our trip the absolute pleasure it was. Aside from fabulous care, the apartment is super spacious, very well appointed and in a part of Venice we loved. You feel more connect to the locals rather than the tourist hubs. A supermarket within a couple of hundred meters was perfect for snacks.

Very little... The ensuite shower was a bit smelly but we all know Venice has a unique situation and simply need to close the door. Easy!

the landlady Morena was very kind and hospitality. We had 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, space was more than enough. the coffee provided was amazing good. location is quite convenient, there was a supermarket in 2 min walk, San Marco square is about 10 min walk.

bathroom has little smell of sewer, but it's a 500 years old building after all.

So Morena is great. really above expectations. she was always available, supper nice and very informative. she even came to meet us at the station and walked us to the apartment.

the ratings of the place is a bit overrated in my opinion. though the unit was large, it was very outdated and somewhat distanced from the center.

The property was in an amazing location. It was very spacious and clean.

The location is very good, the furniture is nice and clean, everything works, the staff and their recommendations where to eat are great! It's a very cosy place.

The shower is OK, but might need a refreshment.

The place was super cute and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the location of our apartment was a bit more local and not right in the middle of tourist areas, which we appreciated.

No wine glasses in the apartment! Only minor complaint :)

Just a little misleading when you book, you don't know actual location of the apartment. With that been said we were close to lots... Just not where I expected.

Really well maintained and clean apartment in a great location. It was so easy to walk or get a water bus/taxi to wherever we wanted to explore in the beautiful city of Venice. The neighbourhood was quiet and the area felt very safe. The local square had some lovely places to eat, and the local Coop was a short walk to stock up with supplies. Morena was so helpful from the initial booking, to organising water taxis from and to the airport (that really is the way to arrive and easiest way to depart the city!) to answering my many questions. On arrival Marco was waiting for us and went through everything. It was a great introduction to the Venice Dream House and the City of Venice.

It was such a lovely stay that I really have to think hard to find anything that wasn’t perfect, so the only thing that I can think of are that the beds were a little on the firm side for me, but still a very comfortable holiday :)

The location is quiet, away from the tourist crowds, but close to anywhere. As usual in Venice, you need some time to learn where it is. The host is extremely pleasant and helpful. The communication was excellent, both before our coming and during our stay. She greeted us personally and was very prompt in reacting to all our questions on WhatsApp. Very positive experience. Everything worked in the appartement; you can use the washer (there is detergent) and hang out your laundry.

It was on first floor, located in a quiet location just a short walk to shops, restaurants and transport. The apartment was clean and suitable for our four day break.

The host was super nice and helpful, the locaitin is great near the the rialato bridge close to s.marco square and all the attractions, the appartment was spacious and clean, our stay was great thanks to all of that, thank you Moerena 😄
