The motel is very good value for money. One of the cheaper rooms on offer in the region proofed to be a very comfortable one. the new owner was very friendly and helpful.

Grotty. Room7 stunk of mould or smoke. Manager and his family were very loud at night next door.

rubbish on lawn, cold damp room, so out of date, and over priced. staff were hopeless. Could not stay .Would not book my dead dog in here!!! Please stay away!!

Good shower - pressure and no temperature fluctuations like in our last motel

We had the room closest to the front - maybe 10 metres from the main road - every truck that went by caused the room to shake - earthquake level. Also having the heaters on caused a short-circuit and no lights - very nice guy in the front office sorted it out eventually

Whenever I phoned, as i left my phone charger behind. The phone was either unanswered or when answered there was no indication that I had reached Broadway Motel

Great Location

Very outdated, staff no where to be seen. Office was always closed. Phone was never answered and always went to a fax. when booking. said only room left, but we were the only people staying in the whole complex.

Receptionist was accommodating and lovely to speak to also the room was exceptional clean.

The main house that is on the property accommodates interesting people. There was a couple singing horrendous karaoke about 6 metres from my unit between the hours of 7.30pm - 10.30pm and cleaning staff who also resided in the house were verbally and physically violent towards young relatives on the premise within 6 metres of my unit. Also there was no extraction fan above the stove top so smoke alarm went off during the first 2 minutes of cooking steak.

Easy communication, Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
