Perfect location, plenty of rooms and toilets.

The door closers is unnecessary to the room doors.

Good location. The staff at the managing agent were helpful.

Ventilation is inadequate so rooms smell of damp and the shower areas in the bedrooms stay wet. The beds are of poor quality and very saggy. Windows are locked shut so you can't ventilate the rooms or escape in the event of a fire. There's a coffee machine but no cups plates or cutlery and a huge fridge but it's in one of the bedrooms. Cleaning staff have to use the apartment for storage for all the other apartments so have daily unannounced access. We were locked out before the agreed 11:00 checkout with our luggage stuck inside. The deposit was eventually repaid after 4 weeks and several reminders.

We liked the showers.

The staff was not so friendly. I understand the guests in amsterdam are also not so normal, most people are young and stupid
