Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich.
Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Dazu können wir nichts sagen da es nichts gibt.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, der Frühstücksraum geräumig und das Frühstück sehr gut 😊. Das Zimmer mit dem Vintage Mobiliar war außergewöhnlich und sehr schön. Auch in dem Bett konnte man sehr gut schlafen.
Es war alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit und wir würden es wieder buchen. Auch die Lage zum See ist top. In 10 min ist man dort.

Frückstück war OK
Zimmer Extrem Hellhörig. Dadurch kaum Schlaf möglich. Beim Online.Checkin Bezahlt, bei der Abreise noch Kurtaxe. Die Bodensee Karte wurde aber auch nicht ausgehändigt!

The room was well-cleaned. Nice staff in the restaurant, also on reception during check out.

Breakfast, room, bathroom - all was fin, clean.
During booking my room, I have notified my arrival between 8-9 hr a.m., but, the room was not ready, we should wait until cca 1 hr p.m. ... but we cannot wait so long.
We cannot relax shortly after 5,5 hrs trip made by car ... and we also cannot change our drescode before going to the meeting, we must use for it the toilet rooms !!!

In the morning , during the breakfast We had tó wait about 10 minutes for a knife and a spoon. We asked the lady to bring twice. But she didn’t even look at me and I think she didn’t understand a word in English.

I had read some of the reviews on here before booking and I now think a lot of them are fake. So many of the comments are not true . The hotel is great. The room was lovely, the shower massive, shower gel smelled lovely. Bed comfortable. Absolutely nothing was wrong and the buffet breakfast was one of the best I've ever had.
