Das bett und die Klima Anlage und das Internet waren gut

Das fremde Personen im Zimmer waren um die Klimaanlage zu reinigen ohne unser Wissen. Wertgegenstände und Reisedokumente sind am Tisch gelegen. Als wir zu Mittag zurückgekommen sind habe wir Personen arbeiten gesehen. Das Personal hat gemeint wir solle 1/2 Stunde in der Hitze warten bis wir wieder ins Zimmer dürfen! Es gibt Regeln am Pool die von den Gästen nicht eingehalten werden und das Personal schert sich nicht darum den anderen Gästen zu sagen sie sollen sich an die Regeln halten. Kein Essen oder trinken und kein Lärm erlaubt. Um 06:37 in der Früh zu essen Leute am Pool sprechen sehr laut, keine Chance zu entspannen oder auszuschlafen. Kurz nach 07:00 singt man laut happy Birthday. Das war kein erholsamer Urlaub. Personal nur teilweise bemüht

2시간만 있었는데 2시간만 있어서 다행이다 싶은 숙소 상태

-화장실 세면대에서 물 안 나옴 -화장실이 녹슬어서 부품이 바닥에 떨어져나옴 -비슷한 가격대 다른 숙소 두군데에서 더 잤는데 여기가 방 크기가 가장 작음 - 돈은 체크인 시 선불로 내야하고 이미 돈을 지불했는데 방에서 나갈 때 돈 또 내라고 하고 다른 직원한테 확인해야한다고 안 보내주고 10분을 호텔에서 지체함. 직원끼리 커뮤니케이션 안 됨. 일 처리 제대로 할 자신 없으면 그냥 부킹닷컴 사이트에서 카드 결제 받아라. 덕분에 비행기 놓칠 뻔 했다

ホテルまでの道路が整備されていない。

За свою цену отель неплохой. Есть свое кафе прямо в отеле, цены невысокие. Еще из плюсов, близость к Алона бич, можно вполне дойти пешком (минут 5).

Не убирались в номере (но мы жили 2 дня, не знаю, можно ли это считать минусом).

- air con room with fridge, toiletries etc - location nice, close to center without the crowds and noise

- very impersonal atmosphere - rooms have no window, only the door to terrace with view to pool (therefore you need to keep curtains closed at all times to have some privacy) - a free water refill station would have been nice

추천합니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 편하게 지내다 온거 같습니다. 수영장이 기대 이상이였어요.

The pool and the stove, although it has only a pan and a casserole,some plastic plates, cups and glasses

We rented a villa, the bed is so uncomfortable,it is just a normal too soft foam ,at the end of our stay it gave me a stiff neck.the shower door was broken so when you shower all the water got out of the shower and made the whole bathroom wet, they put the broken shower door beside the fridge instead of having it fix before renting it to the clients.Only the bedroom has air conditioning, the other with bed and a kitchen has a ceiling fan that does not even work but they provided us with a stand fan that was also partly broken.The back of the hotel which is close to the villa is full of garbage and bottles.This hôtel should take responsibility recycling garbage instead of leaving it behind the property.The bath mat is dirty and the towels are too small.
