Amazing place in New Cairo very close to the Exhibition Centre and all facilities, including a sophisticated shopping mall with bars and restaurants just next door. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast outdoors. All the property was very well maintained. Would go back.

Swimming pool to die for. And amazing staff, nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful having a fully equipped kitchen and a supermarket next door.

عدم توفر النظافة اليومية وعدم وجود مرايات تسريحة في كل غرفة عدا غرفة النوم الرئيسية وعند الطلب تم توفير واحدة

Vraiment comme sur les photos, tout était très bien, il y a même des cours de sport gratuit (yoga…)
Un peu loin de tout les points d’interêt du Caire (musée, souk…) et salle de sport et sauna pas ouvert tout le temps

Property located in Prime Location, the compound is well maintained and secured, essentials are available very near, couple of eateries and malls are in walkable distance
Every Room has pleasant view with Gardens and Pools, Overall it is really good place for short and long stay
Frequency of cleaning could be increased, since the building is old, the draining system is bit slow in bathing area, replacement of Towels to be done.

It’s a perfectly amazing place. Great hosts! Location is amazing, staff is amazing, Gymn, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, adjacent to 5A Mall. The place is a top class place for vacation. At the heart of the city. Highly rated and recommended.

Outside environment not that bad, everything else is very horrible.
Service is very bad, horrible,ridiculers.room is dirty. No toilet paper, No towel change, no shampoo and shower gel etc, Room very noisy, even you ask them, the only answer is person in charge is not working, can’t do anything. Attitude so arrogant… don’t choose this one

Wondferful wrap around pool. Huge appartment.
Check In was difficult as have to pay deposit in cash. Should have been told that in advance. Had to sign sheets of paper to acknowledge receipt of contents without checking and items were missing . On the plus side, it's Egypt and they didnt seem bothered at the end.

Beautiful resort right off the main road in New Cairo. Had many amenities we enjoyed during our short stay-tennis courts, track, gardens, playgrounds, hot tub, beach chairs, enormous swimming pool. The staff and reception was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs.
