Good breakfast, but without much choice. Nice outdoor garden, where to have breakfast and spend some time during the day. Nice to have a kitchen available, but during my stay, there was a large (15+ people) group of teenagers and the room available become not enough.

My dormitory was facing the street, which was very noisy also at night. The day of my departure, it has not been possible to coordinate a take-away breakfast, as I needed to leave a bit earlier than the beginning of the breakfast time. A couple of days in advance, I asked a member of the staff if it was possible and it was confirmed. Then, being asked to remind the staff the day before my departure, it was unexpectedly denied. It was a pity, as I had to leave just 30' before the start of the breakfast and I was able just to grab a cup of coffee.

Staff and volunteers were amazing and friendly. Best hostel I've ever stayed at. Good mix of ages as well.

Amazing hostel. Big kitchen, clean, good vibe, beautiful garden, nice beds, fun bar.

The location is a bit far out of the centre (25min) and going out area (35min) and as a woman alone not a nice walk. Big groups of men hanging on the streets, not close to the hostel but on the way to the centre. Had to take a cap (which are cheap in Lisbon).

This place was amazing! Staff was incredible and the space was beautiful.

A little far from some of the main attractions but if you don’t mind walking or transport it’s not too bad! Definitely worth it and I’ll be returning

The breakfast was good: ham and cheese, cakes and cereals, coffee. But it would be nice to have scrambled eggs. Towel for a fee, no soap in the shower.

Everything is very good, the staff is amazingly nice and everyone speak English so it’s very easy to communicate. The staff is also super friendly and that is amazing. Any time you have a problem the front desk will be here for you, even if you need help to reach some places in the city and don’t know how to get there. The outdoor bar is amazing, closes a bit early but that’s understandable since there’s people living around.

The website for the wifi could be in English instead of only Portuguese, but there might be an option to switch the language that I didn’t see

Good central location, good facilities and good bunk beds to sleep in.

Noise from the street while sleeping. A few unrespectable guests packing their suitcase loudly at 5am or drying their hair at full speed in their bed at 6 am. I realize I am getting to old for people not caring about other People’s sleep.

It’s an amazing fancy and stylish old building. It hard to imagine it’s a hostel and not a boutique hotel. We got am amazing double room.

It was quiet noisy in our room. They are many young travelers (as it’s a hostel) and the place was noisy till around 24:00 (maybe in other rooms the feeling is different). Also our room was close to the road so we got traffic noise when the windows were open.

Beautiful hostel in an old palace near the centre of Lisbon. Lidl supermarket is one block away if you need to buy anything to cook in the hostels beautiful kitchen

Air conditioning in the rooms makes them too cold. This is Europe and not the US and we don't need this level of Aircon here. Fortunately staff turned it off when I asked

The rooms were so comfortable and clean, a lot of light and air, it’s own balcony and private curtains, many toilets to use also

Nothing it was perfect

I think it was a lovely hostel, Staff was very friendly. It also has a bar where you could meet other travellers. And it has a beautiful garden. So, I think it’s great for online work.

I think it was just a little far from the centre. But you can easily walk.

I arrived late and the staff was super helpful. the 10 mix dorm is super comfortable

The style of the building, the room, the bed and the facilities.

The noise. For the future, I would not recommend the hostel checks in people in a room after 22:00 where others are already trying to sleep. Guests and staff entering the room after 0:30, explaining the facilities and then the noise of people unpacking and going to bed does not fit well with a night's sleep of the others already there. I'd check them in another room with other late arrivals, for the consideration of other guests. Then, having people pack and leave around 3:30 (or whatever the time was) with all the noise that comes with it... also not good. If the hostel knows people will leave in the middle of the night - and that can be asked - please put them in another room too.

Wonderful hostel with very friendly and helpful staff! Everything is well thought out, beds are comfortable, chargers near your bed, extra hooks in the room, everything was clean. Breakfast was fairly simple but very good, the freshly baked natas and loaves were yummy! Lovely outdoor space and an indoor and outdoor bars were really cool. The hostel had a pretty good social scene

I wish the location was a bit closer to the city but the area was still cool to wander and has lots of great restaurants, cafes, and bars

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were really helpful and kind. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable with handy sockets for plugs and whatnot.

The bathroom was fine. I just wish they had more showers. But this is a minor complaint. Just my preference.

everything…. stayed before and top quality in every direction except….

the cost of the drinks in the “garden bar” are IMHO slightly high … tourist price
