They took Rs.700 more . For to pay commission of booking.com. This amount had not reflected any where when I had done booking. Booking.com should look in to it and to take necessary action.

Asked for more money while checkout.. Also when asked for final bill they had refused to give.

Staff behaviour was good, perfect location, good cleanliness. 20 rs.(15-20 mins) distance from Kashi Vishwanath temple & Ganga Arti ghat. I would suggest to choose to stay here rather than any where else.

They charged rs.120 for one cold coffee.

Travelled during 15-17th April, 2022. It is a big Homestay facility and have around 13 rooms, very airy and rooms have seperate toilets. Location was good, away from hasstles of markets, narrow lanes and crowd. The Manager Shri Tarkeshvar is very nice person and has taken care for all the needs, was available always personnally and on phone. They charge some part as advance payments to confirm the booking.

The only thing was worrying me that their kitchen starts vey late like around 8.30 am, so if you wish morning tea at 6-9 am, you may not get it. Nevertheless to mention that Manager Tarkshvar has taken extra care to deliver the breakfast which was late.

It was typical experience like Dharmsala, I checked as per time schedule mentioned @ time of booking the room. The first shock was my booked room was allotted to some one else. With blunt voice I have been told to pay additional amount of Rs. 400/- to be accommodated to other room which I paid. Rooms were shabbily maintained, I literally requested for pillow cover.

Property was classy and some changes can be done like good curtains.
