Val was very welcoming, nothing too much trouble and so friendly. Accomodation great, spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. Breakfast is fantastic and the cream tea on arrival is a lovely treat 🙂 Thanks Val (and family, including dogs and cats) for a lovely stay

Val could not have been more welcoming. The room was just right as a base for exploring the north Devon coast. The location was so peaceful. Forda Farm is a working livestock farm. So we woke to the sound of lambs and birds and nothing else. Breakfast was excellent. The big double bed was super comfortable.

The compromise with such an idyllic rural location is that there are no shops or bars within walking distance. That suited is just fine but it is worth noting.

Lovely accommodation and a very helpful and welcoming host; nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast choices.

A bit of a trek down a potholed single track road to reach Forda Farm.

Superb service from a kind lady, who brought breakfast straight to the self contained unit. You have your own fridge and kettle, it's a detached room, which was very clean. comfortable beds. And 2 easy chairs which I liked. It was bright and lovely and warm with a powerful shower.

The very small space where the furniture was placed in.

Very quiet, apart from the farm's animals (of which there are several) but not a bother to us.

Have to drive down overgrown single track road, from one direction very rough road, not so bad from the opposite direction. Having its own well for water, meaning that you have to use the bottles of water supplied for cleaning teeth etc..

Loved the farm location, lucky enough to have farm cats and kittens around too tour of the farm immaculate comfortable room fantastic breakfast each day - val is a wonderful host that goes extra mile

Small room for accommodation because of COVID a table and chairs took up room space but val was so helpfull
