Great location! Great staff! Best place to stay in San Pedro La Laguna! They have an amazing view of the lake. And the staff is just amazing ☺️ Beds were comfortable. Very clean. They also have hammocks if you want to relax. Just perfect! Hoping I can come back soon!

Great location, not very far from the main street but more quiet. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Warm water in the showers. Comfortable beds.

There was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom sometimes, which is also a bit old. Some noise from the nearby streets early in the morning (this is not fault of the property though)

Price/quality wise = 10! -Female 2 bed dorm was spacious enough with comfortable double beds with socket next to it and lockers -Shared bathroom on the same floor with toilet + good & warm shower +one more bathroom available on another floor -WiFi worked well (also in the dorm) -Good location: the ferry dock, bus stops and the Main Street with many restaurants etc all within walking distance -Nice rooftop terrace with good views -Outside/patio area where you can sit/hang out -Drinking water for a small fee -Out of review scope but FYI: Good & cheap laundry service available from a very nice lady around the corner

Pas de serviette disponible dans les chambres, ni de savon, c'est plutôt rare de devoir payer un supplément (même 10 quetzal) pour avoir ce genre de standard qui nous a été fourni partout dans notre voyage, même dans les airbnb

We hadden kamer 11, die naast een eigen badkamer ook nog een apart zitgedeelte heeft. De lokatie was goed. De eigenaresse was vriendelijk. Er zat geen ontbijt bij, maar er is wel een keuken (we hebben daar niet veel mee gedaan) Er was heet water voor koffie en thee en voor een klein bedrag kon je drinkwater bijvullen. Er was warm water. Een hele goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Warm water via een elektrische douchekop. En van het dakterras hadden ze nog wel wat leukers kunnen maken.

Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants pour les réservations. L'emplacement proche des commerces et restaurants. Un dortoir à 2 c'est presque comme une chambre privée..

Une bonne idée serait d'ajouter 1ou 2 tables et chaises à la cuisine
