Location lovely right by cathedral so nice view.Places to eat almost on doorstep so not much walking.Just a leisurely 12 min stroll along hill street and you are in the city centre.when we arrived at st Anne's square Patrick was there to meet us He was very pleasant and friendly he showed us to the apartment and handed us the keys.He wished us a pleasant stay and he was just a phone call away if we should need anything.Thank you Patrick we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Wellington park apartments to anyone wishing to stay in belfast.

the water temperature in the shower was exceptionally high, even potentially dangerous and a little difficult to control.

shower cubicle was disappointing older style., small space. poor sound proofing. upstairs occupants could be heard walking about.

Mold in bathroom..

Bathroom showerhead was leaking and also bathrooms sink was leaking to the floor ,I was surprise that cleaners havent noticed that. Shower cubicle could be cleaner. We also had problem to got keys from the box as info was send after we had alredy left home and I didnt check my email during travel so it was partly my own fault but I checked my email night before and didnt get yet info so I would like to have all information little bit earlier than arrival morning.

better cookware options in the kitchen, non-stick pans were very scratched and unusable

The location to shops, bars and restaurants was great. The apartment was comfortable, clean and the bedrooms were spacious.

The apartment had everything we needed and was very central to all the local attractions

Its location was good, within walking distance of the city centre, University and Botanical gardens. Further up the street the area was quieter and leafier. The apartment was quiet clean except for the bathroom which was not clean, black marks (? mildew) on tiles etc

Unfortunately the apartment was located at the corner of the very busy Lisburn road so if the windows were opened for fresh air the sound of traffic was constant, particularly in the early morning. It was quiet small for a family of four and the photos advertising the apartment were deceptive.

Handy location for us on the south side of town, comfy beds and pillows, good to have the living space and TV with netflix etc to chill in the evening. Easy check in and out, with prompt responses to messages from Patrick/Cora.

The bathroom smelled horribly of drains or mould the whole time, and the shower had old mouldy grouting and the doors were not in good condition, at one point they fell through. When we arrived the kitchen smelled of noodles and we found the dishwasher had dirty plates in it. A bin in the bedroom also hadn’t been emptied from the last guests. Towels were small and thin. No microwave. would be good to have some doorstops to open up the doors and make more light in the place as it is quite a dark hallway with rooms off it, and it felt a little like a student flat. Being the ground floor flat you could hear the buzzer every time it went off, and also people often left the front door unlocked which wasn’t great.

I stayed for 3 nights and the alarm from other floors was on all night so it was disturbing and it happened twice in my stay.
