The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and beautiful views of Aqaba bay. My friend loved the small swimming pool because it was like a hot bath. The public beach is across the street. Ayman at reception and the other male receptionist were extremely helpful helping us to get a taxi to go to Petra and Wadi Rum. Liezl in the restaurant was also very nice.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Whereas, the kids were not satisfied since the indoor pool was under maintenance. If we had known that the pool was under maintenance before reserving, we could have changed our minds.

A very nice hotel, close to the public beach, great view of the Red Sea - it is a place where three countries meet and you can watch this beautiful scenery from the window of your room which was also very, nice and comfortable. We had everything what we needed for our stay in the room, even a lot of extra things, such as some snacks - fresh fruits, flavoured nuts and also minibar which was included in the price for the room. Everyone was very smiley and kind in the hotel, we felt like we were very important guests all the time. The food was really great, tasty and variable. The stay in this hotel was really nice and I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend peaceful and nice holidays in Aqaba. The hotel is situated in the city center as well what makes it even more convenient for tourists who want to try the real Jordan atmosphere

Great location, great breakfast and great view from room. The pool is a bit less great, but kids still had a blast. The staff was wonderful and I would come back without a doubt if I were to come back.

We stayed here for a week and we really enjoyed it. Our room had a great sea view and it was extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. The food was very good and the location is perfect, slightly away from the centre of town but within easy reach of everything. Excellent facilities and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Aqaba. They have an indoor swimming pool suitable for all ages, and I knew that they were in the process of doing some maintenance for it... I liked their follow-up and their interest in developing and modernizing the hotel. The view from the rooms is splendor and makes you feel comfort ... you will get rid of negative energy ... it's one from the nearest hotels to the sea, although there is no private beach, but there is a public beach nearby. The food was delicious. It is also great value for money. Overall, I had a great experience with the City Tower Hotel 👍🏻

There is a minor note which is the inability to control the air conditioner and the power of the fan speed...it was a little annoying...Most likely the maintenance team can handle this but it is better to leave the room AC control to the customer ... despite that this hotel deserves a full mark.
