Hedges House is exceptional in every way. It's clear that the owners have put a lot of effort into making it perfect and it was a privilege to stay here. Set in beautiful countryside, with views from the garden and the lounge area, where we watched the wildlife as the evening closed in. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The property was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and with a great breakfast provided. Modern, lovely bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. So many finishing touches added to the wow factor. We had the whole place to ourselves which felt intimate and personal, and this really added to the experience - we did wonder how it would feel sharing the kitchen/lounge area with strangers, had the other bedroom been occupied. Easy to find (just look out for the two ground-level signs at the road side). We loved staying here and will definitely return.

Hedges House is in a superb location in the middle of lovely countryside. It's really well appointed with good quality, tasteful decor and furnishings. Cooking is limited to a microwave and a mini hob, but this was absolutely fine for us. And the continental breakfast and other bits and bobs left out for us were a treat.

One side of the property is wall to ceiling glass, which gives a lovely view over the garden and countryside and makes the accommodation lovely and light. But it's also south facing and having had full sun all afternoon, the accommodation was boiling hot and, even with the two much-needed fans that are provided, really didn't cool down enough until the following morning.

What a lovely place to stay, nice and quiet countryside stay a very short drive from Buckingham was ideal, spotlessly clean room, very good nights sleep in a comfy bed and very nice breakfast with quality produce. We will definitely stay here again !

I liked everything, the colours, the warmth, the surrounding countryside, the shower is amazing. There were bottles of mineral water at the bedside which was lovely, and we slept really well.

This is a fantastic place to stay for work or leisure. A lovely place, very quiet, with good facilities and a great host. I’d really recommend it :-)
