It was clean
No complaints

The setup is very nice, and the location is walking distance to a lot in the Philly area.
There is a fire station across the way, and the sirens were very active. Also, the club downstairs was aloud at times. There were minor cosmetic things in the apartment that need to be addressed. We were on the third floor, and they have no elevator. Other than these things no complaints.
2.0 / 10.0
The location was not terrible. Decent rating with restaurants nearby. The instructions on getting into the unit were accurate.
The club below the unit didn't make the experience pleasant. It would also have been nice to know that the location of the unit was up 4 flights of long stairs with no elevator. There were holes in the walls and unfinished remodeling. The walls are thin, and the windows are not rated to keep sound to a minimum. The walls are also dirty.Whoever cleans the unit does not do a good job in sanitization or cleaning the unit. The window blinds were missing slats without the options of curtains to block light. There were holes in the sheets. Overall, the description of this unit was not as posted or described.

Good clean neat and economical property.

The location was the only positive for this apartment. It was a 1 minute walk to the convention center where my colleague and I attended a conference. The one thing my colleague and I wanted was our separate bedroom and bathroom. This company is obviously running a scam. They bait people to pay for a quality-looking suite and then downgrade as late as 38 minutes after the scheduled check-in time. They didn't even initially provide me with the proper code to access the apartment.
This booking is a scam. They baited me into paying for a suite and downgraded me 38 minutes after my check-in time. The apartment they downgraded me to was old, dirty, and had 1.5 baths when I booked a 3-bath apartment. The kitchen light did not work. The electrical sockets did not work. The dishes and utensils had dried food on them so they weren't washed properly. The apartment was so inappropriate for my colleague and me, we decided to cut our trip short and leave a day early.

The actual apartment was great very spacious and very nice
It was in a horrible neighborhood
9.0 / 10.0
Very roomy each bedroom had own bath, washer/dryer, bathroom supplies, laundry supplies, coffee/creamer + sugar supplied!
Stairs were rough, but I knew it ahead of time, need tv in common room, a little more attention on the decor would warm up the apt.

The location is good. It is in Chinatown, near the Reading terminal. No breakfast was included.
Normally Booking.com has very nice rooms that meet or exceed expectations. Not this time.
I should have started worrying when I selected what looked like an excellent deal for $94 for one night in Philadelphia. When I checked out the price went to $240 which included a $120 service and cleaning fee. The property looked nice at first. But it turned out there was no hot water in any of the bathrooms or sinks. There was alot of unfinished drywall repairs that needed to be completed One toilet appeared not to have been cleaned. Another toilet had a running leak that was so loud it kept one person up. There was an interesting note taped to the toilet explaining how to undo a rubber band on the flapper valve inside the tank and put it back. That might have helped, but we passed on a midnight toilet repair effort.
I would give this property a 2 for location but a zero for the accomodation itself. Do not stay here until management and facilities have been improved.

The location is in a side street at the heart of Chinatown. It was reasonably quiet since we are in an upper floor. I personally liked the access to the restaurants and tea shops. Also it was walkable to city hall and other places of interest. I did have to arrange separate parking though. The bedrooms are very large and tastefully furnished (but one very noisy, see details below). 3 bathrooms are great, very modern and clean. I liked the foozball table and the keurig - they supplied pods, creamers and sugar. Modern kitchen, nice granite and modern appliances.
There was an adjacent unit that was having a party, but it wasn't too bad. The bad thing was the one bedroom with the very loud AC/heating that every 30 minutes came on and prevented me from sleeping the whole night. Because of this we cut short our stay but they were understanding in refunding the unused night. This was unit 3F, upper bedroom, the one with one window. The other 2 bedrooms have many windows, but some were missing blinds (or broken).

i love the area
i don’t like that the pictures don’t let you know what apartment you are getting I assume I was getting the one with the pool table from the looks of it that one look better in the inside and the front door pad sometimes don’t work you’ll be stuck outside to it start working again

The location was the best! Also, the set up was perfect for three couples to stay.
Guests should be aware that there are many steps to the third floor apartment and then more steps to two of the bedrooms.

Good location near major historical attractions, close to Redding Terminal market, as it is in the heart of Chinatown - lots of restaurants to choose from. Each bedroom has a TV with Roku, none in common living areas. One block from a parking lot.
The apartment is a third floor walkup with no elevators, had I been aware probably would not have booked this. Then, 2 of the bedrooms are another flight up on the 4th floor. The hallway/stairs were dirty with cleaning supplies in the corners. The apartment is in need of paint. The vinyl window shades have broken and missing slats, so no room darkening in 2 bedrooms. The kitchen has no toaster and few utensils so had to bring extra plastic ones from restaurants. Pictures are not representative of the apartment/furnishings. Bathtubs are slippery and don't have any non- skid features . Only 1 working hair dryer for 3 bathrooms. One day 2/3 a mouse was seen running into the utility room . Management was notified.

Location was great…..very clean house. Host was very responsive and communicated with us at all times!
Noisy neighbors who were on travel too. The blinds in the bedrooms are broken so it made it harder to sleep. Should get blackout curtains to stop the lights from businesses coming in

Not much
Toilet didn't flush, stairs only and room details did not say that when I was looking at it initially. Dirty walls. Broken fooseball table. Hair in drains. Pretty gross overall. Hooka bar downstairs bumping music all night and 3 women get a noise complaint for laughing?? At 1030pm? Come on....

Extremely noisy. Could hear every door slam. No curtains or blinds on some windows so extremely bright in the morning. Air conditioner barely worked. Would not cool below 74 degrees. Foosball table was broken. Apartment is on third floor with no elevator. Lots of stairs if you have a suitcase.

I loved the location of the place. So many places to see in the area. One night was not enough. I will be returning with my family again in the future.
The only downside is that the building did not have elevators.

Location
There were no pots and pans which was surprising for a condo.

I loved where this condo/apartment was located! If I had any questions, I always got a quick response. Easy to find. Easy check in/out. I would stay here again, no problem!!!
The condo needs some paint. it needs a kitchen pots/pan/cup/utensil overhaul. There are all these things there but they need to be replaced. Also, a toaster would be nice too but that's not a bug deal, we just used the oven. Just a few minor fixes!!

Bags of trash in the entry way the entire time we we're there
Cleaning mops, buckets. brooms in hallways blocking the areas
Master bath has trash on floor
Huge Foosball table in LR - hard to get around
No bath soap or shampoo on Mast Bath
Shower curtain rod all down in upper bath - toilet had to be manually adj to stop it from running
Towel rod fell in Mast bath
Shades are damaged in MBR
VERY loud neighbors - no party???

Within walking distance of the convention center. One bath per bedroom. Easy to register. Easy to get in with door codes.
WiFi password should have been available before check-in. One couch was stained. There was a questionable black substance on three beds. We did not know it was located immediately above a nightclub that was open and loud until 2AM. There was very limited TV viewing available. Trash can in one bedroom had not been emptied. First level floors were sticky. One shower curtain was too short to keep water in. Silverware was limited. Stairs/stairwell needed to access the apartment was littered with beer cans and other trash.

it was very clean, Beautiful inside 😍 and the owners had very great communication.
The place has a lot of steps to get to the property, but it was worth walking up the steps, I suggest bringing one big suitcase of your belongings because that’s a lot of steps but; everything else was perfect 🥰.

Liked the location to the convention center, the 4 beds 3 baths
Wear and tear within the apartment, size of living room.

The apartment was very nice! We didn’t have any issues with the door codes. The rooms were huge and each had its own full bathroom. The foosball table was fun, and we got good use out of it. The apartment has all of the essentials you need- toilet paper, paper towels, towels, a full kitchen with plates/utensils, washer and dryer, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, soap. There were also extras provided of everything that we didn’t end up needing. Everything was clean. The price of the apartment was comparable to nearby hotels, but so much more spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay and didn’t have to go out and buy anything extra, except some food and snacks for the kitchen. Ask, we didn’t have any issues with noise like some other reviews. I would definitely stay here again.
These things didn’t negatively affect our stay in any way, but they are good to know in case someone else might care about these things. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment. It’s not luxurious- the walls need painted and some of the blinds are missing or broken. There’s no curtains in the bedrooms, so it’s very bright in the morning. The beds weren’t very comfortable to me, but I liked the blankets. But for the price, it was so nice for everyone to have their own space and not be crammed in a small hotel room.

The apartment is huge, on two floors. And clean, with a somewhat convenient kitchen (a few pots, pans, some silverware, dishwasher), also washer/dryer. The hot water is great if you don’t use more than one shower at a time. All 4 Queen Beds are very comfortable. TVs in all three bedrooms. waking distance to lots of great restaurants, train, Reading Terminal, historic landmarks… it’s pretty wonderful.
Be aware this is a three story walk up. The stairs are dirty, but once you get in the apartment it’s very clean. The front bedrooms are missing some blinds, and the ones that are there don’t keep much light out, so two of the bedrooms are very bright, night and day. the street noise is very very loud, from the Hookah bar downstairs, from weekend partyers, and from the dumpster emptying every morning. The walls are banged up, we had to unjam the garbage disposal from previous tenants who threw a bottle cap down there, and buy new batteries for the tv remotes. The front door to the building does not close! But even given these downsides, we would consider rebooking. It’s a fabulous place for a group.

I booked based on all the pictures I seen and I got a whole completely different unit and the air conditioner didn’t work then after I had issues they finally moved me to the real unit I actually booked

The location was great as we were able to walk to most of the historical landmarks. Super close to the Reading Terminal and the mall which was very convenient.
A couple of small things were missed like toilet paper wasn’t replenished for 3 day stay. The rugs in the living space and bedrooms were very dirty seems they missed a couple sweeps. If you stay in bedroom upstairs bedroom be prepared to hear the A/C every time it turns on. I don’t suggest a lite sleeper in the single bed room up stairs. Lastly for some reason there was a noise complaint however the property is right next door to hookah lounge. We didn’t play loud music at all so I’m not sure where that came from but be prepared.
