Pippin Lodge is beautifully presented to a very high standard. Excellent use of space & extremely deceiving from the outside. Comfortable beds & spacious lounge/dining area. Absolutely perfect location for exploring Lytham! I'll certainly use again. 😊

Absolutely nothing to dislike

Location was great, right near the town centre and only one block from the front and sea. The lodge was bigger than what we thought and although a little expensive we are satisfied we got what we paid for, a lovely place.

I could not fault the place or the owners in how they did business, a joyful experience.

Beautiful apartment;spotlessly clean! In a great place to walk to promenade, shops, cafes and restaurants of which there were many. We arrived on Saturday and it was a bit difficult trying to find the place but we made a phone call and were given brilliant instructions, thankyou. It was freezing weather but the apartment heating is superb and the gas log burner made the apartment very cozy and comfortable. Plenty of supermarkets close by and the Rotisserie chicken shop next door ( no you cannot smell it in the apartment) is amazingly good for a quick meal. We loved Lytham St Annes, everyone very friendly and really enjoyed our stay, would definitely like to go back.

Tiny criticism is that the double mattress was not as comfortable as it could have been for the standard of the accomodation.

Its ideally located in the town of lytham close to everything we needed restaurants included.

"Stairs" only because my friend and mum struggled with them but i would bring my hubby next time .

the location is perfect, central for all amenities shops, restaurants etc. on the doorstep. the property is high spec and very clean and comfortable. lovely bedding and linen, we were very impressed.

We loved Pippin lodge. It is beautifully decorated. Very clean. And only a few minutes walk to the sea front. Really close to restaurants, bars and shops.

Only one tiny complaint. The shared entrance hall did have a strange smell.

Superb decor and furnishings finished to a high standard. The apartment was very clean and came with all essential utensils. The location is excellent in the heart of Lytham centre and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Would highly recommend Pippin Lodge to others.

There is no freezer which may be problematic for anyone staying longer than a couple of days.

We have just enjoyed a two-night stay at Pippin Lodge with our family, which included our two young grandchildren. Everything about Pippin Lodge is exceptional. The property is fitted out to a very high specification and is warm and very comfortable, which was especially welcome as the weather was atrocious! The facilities on offer, including wi-fi and tv in the bedrooms, are great. The location is ideal and the town lovely. In warmer weather access to the beach would be a real bonus. Parking can be an issue on the busy main streets but Lytham Hall is available for free parking at evenings and weekends and the Station car park is also nearby so once the car is unloaded you can park a short distance away very easily. We would really recommend Pippin Lodge.

The property was fantastic in all aspects and finished to a very high standard and we had all we needed to enjoy our stay. There would be no hesitation to book again if we venture back to Lytham.

The property was very nicely decorated and lovely. The location was great.

The location is excellant for shops, bars and restaurants, all a minute away. The decor and finish of the apartment is to a very high standard. The kitchen is well equipped with modern facilities. There is ample room, we were a family of five adults and enjoyed socialising in the large dining and sitting room. Best of all, DOG FRIENDLY. This was our second visit and I would definately book again.

Stunning apartment in central location, perfect location to explore Lytham and surrounding area. The apartment is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Owner was very helpful and welcoming.

Free parking is limited in the centre of Lytham but if you’re travelling by train it is very convenient and within easy walking distance. Plenty of streets to park on if you don’t mind a little walk.
