Could not find the hotel as the directions led us to an unsafe location where no one had heard of this hotel.

Could not find the hotel. Address was incorrect. The contact number was invalid and the hotel did not exist where it was supposed to be on the map. Seems like a scam as I received multiple spam messages and emails after the check in time. Kindly hide my contact details from this business.

The place seems to be out of comfort zone.. The privacy is in high risk overthere

Breakfast was ordered from a shop outside, it was tasty and quantity was sufficient. Courteous & friendly front office staffs. Helped me sort out my food, travel & river rafting.

Intercoms were not working, so had to come out every time if I have to speak to the front office.

Extremely uncomfortable bed!! I mean that’s the most important thing at the end of the day. No light bulb over bathroom sink. TV not working in room 203

Lift was not working. Kitchen was not so clean. Kettle is not available.

Room was spacious with 1 king size and a single size bed, had booked the room for 3.

Not even a single bottle of water was provided and we had to buy drinking water. Wifi or TV did not work properly. I initially booked room including breakfast however we left early and did not go for breakfast as we left by 630, asked the staff to make adjustments they were not ready to make adjustments or give any discount for the same.
