some troubles with water in showers and toilets

The flat sleeps as many as eight people. It's conveniently located near the city centre, is very spacious and has a balcony overlooking the city and the Caucasus mountains. From two of the bedrooms and the living room one can enjoy the same view - the view is wonderful!! It's also in a very quiet location. We felt at home there and would go back any time! The communication with the owner was seamless, she's also very nice.

Clean, simple, great location, lovely host, lots of space and fantastic views.

Poor pressure in kitchen tap so we couldn’t cook/clean dishes there. Parking situation a bit tricky.

I didn't like anything!

Filthy, the host is incredibly loud under your apartment during the night, the beds and bed sheets are very uncomfortable. I had to go in grocery store to bought some cleaning stuff and I had to clean the kitchen, bathroom and floor. The fridge was full of mould! Every single early morning some animal I guess made a huge noise in the attic! The worst experience I ever had in my life!

Great location, nice host, beautiful view from the house. The house is big. Host helped us find the house, met us with the keys and helped with everything. Even to print our boarding passes for our flight!

First evening there was no warm water and hardly any water, but the host fixed it immediately for us! Some doors are not possible to close which is important when we had 3 children but we could close two of them so it was OK. No major issues.

Everything was excellent, house was clean and meet my expectations.

Would be better if host add microwave.
