Convenient location 2 minutes from the main train station, close to grocery stores and restaurants and 15 minute walk from tourist attractions, Wifi worked perfectly, comfortable bed, nice shower, thoughtful complimentary snacks and beverages, free laundry facilities, flexible and easy check in and responsive and helpful customer service. Would highly recommend!

Location was a bit noisy and scary

So new and clean.... Very very clean and feel comfortable... No undesired smell. All minibar is include in package so no worry at all, free drinking water and nespresso.

This place is not for average business traveler as there are no human beings to open the door or in the hotel anywhere to help you. God forbids, you need help, there is no one to do so. When you are traveling to another country, such place is not suitable at all. In case of emergency, there is no recournse except sending Whats' app, which can put anyone's life at risk.

Entire check in process is dependent on you having roaming connection as there is no one to open the main door. I had to wait in the dark to learn that no human being is going to help me. Secondly, hotel did not pick up the call as they were busy and never returned the call. It is apparent that as a policy they do not talk to customer. I felt extremely scarred and uncomfortable to stay in such a place. I am not sure if Booking had disclosed that there will not be any human to speak to. I am also not sure if hotel has proper licesne to operate. Review of breakfast are all false as there is nothing to offer, you have to go out. If you forget your password or lose your phone, rest assured you will struggle to get in the hotel for very long time, and may be you will check in for a night to another hotel. I will never stay again in such places or digital human less place. I must add that for four nights I stayed, there was no housekeeping. Towels were provided but of mediocre quality and nevel replaced.

Smell There's a body odor or food that they had cooked (not sure) and the smell didn't go away. The staff said the hotel was full and no available room to change. They offered the special cleaning however the smell was somehow left and it did ruin my expectation since the first time I entered the room. (The other things of the room location were excellence)

unfortunately lift was defect but we were notified before. very near to train station just across the tram stop. window are fully thick so you cant hear the noises outside. bed is comfortable. a bottle of water for free.

service per whatsapp was good and fast respond. unfortunately the manager didn’t come back to me after few complaints.
