Rooftop bar is stunning, loved both pools, drinks by the side, comfortable sun loungers. Rooms were so clean and nice! Would recommend the balcony rooms a lot. Breakfast was great and the staff so friendly, also in an excellent location for the beach and tram to Alicante

Almohadas muy incomodas En la piscina son necesarias más sombrillas Algo que no he entendido, en la cena nos cobraron las botellas de agua, la misma botella que en el desayuno es gratis (en media pensión)

Las instalaciones se ven nuevas. El servicio en el restaurante es rápido. El bufet estuvo bien. La piscina muy limpia.

Gute Lage, schnell an der Straßenbahn und Bus, um nach Alicante zu fahren. Zum schönsten Strand von Alicante 10 Minuten zu Fuß , was super zu laufen ist, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe!

Kleine Zimmer, Waschbecken im Zimmer ist störend!!!! Auf dem Balkon kein Wäscheständer , um die nassen Sachen aufzuhängen! Alle Gäste hängen die Handtücher über das Geländer, oder auf den Balkonboden …. unordentlicher Anblick!!! Frühstück ist passabel! Zur falschen Uhrzeit (also etwas später) viele Menschen, daher Anstehen, um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Ein oder zwei Kaffeemaschinen mehr wären gut, um nicht zu lange warten zu müssen!!

Es war rundum einfach toll. Schöne Zimmer, wobei die modernen Balkon-Zimmer wirklich das i-Tüpfelchen sind (aufgrund eines Problems, hatte ich einen Zimmerwechsel und durfte so beide Zimmer kennenlernen). Die Lage ist super, denn um die Ecke ist der Strand, ein Supermarkt und mit dem Bus ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten in der Stadt (1,45€ pro Fahrt). Das Frühstück ist lecker und umfangreich. Der Service ist meiner Meinung nach sehr aufmerksam.

Die Fitnessgeräte sind doch etwas sehr alt und quietschen laut. Als Vegetarier hätte ich mich über etwas mehr Auswahl gefreut.

Balkon w pokoju , super smaczne jedzenie (HP)przemiła obsługa w sali jadalnej . Poprosiliśmy o dodatkowa kołdrę i ją otrzymałyśmy . Świetna lokalizacja .

Słaba kołdra , raczej małe łóżko , fatalna kawa !!!

Haare im "frischen" Bett, Ameisenstraße im Türrahmen, man hört alles durch - Wände SEHR dünn, Zimmer im Keller mit Gitter vor den Fenstern (nicht wie auf den Bildern). Für jeden zusätzlichen "Service" zahlt man extra wie z.b. Pooltücher, Benutzungsgebühr für die großen weißen Liegebetten am Pool, Becken unbeheizt - sogar das für die Kleinkinder, Hotel überlaufen (teilweise konnten gar nicht alle Gäste in den Frühstücksraum und mussten draußen warten, es gingen die Tassen aus und man musste aus Papierbechern deinen Kaffee trinken).

Pulizia, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo pranzo e cena, personale molto gentile e stanze molto belle. Bellissima spiaggia molto vicina

Everything is lovely, the location is perfect to walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Staff are helpful and there for you. Room service is brilliant. Cleaners are always there to make your room nice and tidy. I fell in love with the bed! It felt like i was sleeping on the clouds ☁️

Perhaps the only thing we didn't like was breakfast. There was plenty of choice to everyone to have something nice to start the day. I thought they could have more vegetables for breakfast. My partner was disappointed by how quickly the hot food gets cold. By the time you sit down your hot food is already cold, perhaps the hotel could invest into keeping food hot for a longer time

Personnel très accueillant, hôtel bien placé avec de très bonne prestations. Nous étions en demi pension vraiment très bien beaucoup de choix et très bon.

Emplacement de l’hôtel. Propreté. Petit déjeuner et repas avec beaucoup de choix. Stationnement gratuit possible devant l’hôtel et rue derrière. Quartier calme et serein.

Nothing

The main building is nice and modern. Good parking facilities and some of the employees are very friendly.

If you are with >3 people, you get automatically placed in the old building in the back. Only picture has been showed on booking.com. It is a bit renovated, but nothing compared with the new building. A/C doesn’t work, the wardrobe was damaged and taped, the carpets were dirty, the bedsheets are just the blankets (no coverage) so very unhygienic, the water coming out of the shower is limited. The breakfast is oke-ish. Coffee is worse. 360 euro for 2 nights, is overpriced for a low-season period and over overall very disappointing. There are for sure better other options.

Дуже задоволені з сестрою ! Реальність перевершила очікування! Гарний сучасний інтер'єр, приємний персонал, дуже смачна їжа , чистенько в кімнатах, холодильник , сейф, просторі кімнати , два басейни і окремий для дітей ! Хочеться повернутись в саме цей готель знову ! Щиро вдячні за все!

Nowoczesny, zadbany hotel oferujący śniadania w formie bufetu. Urozmaicone śniadania. Blisko do plaży

Hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. Plenty of spaces to sun bathe and chill out and hotel also has a gorgeous rooftop bar. Staff are super helpful and buffet has a great variety of food. Always a good mix of meat, fish and veg. Hotel is close by to super markets and plenty of restaurants.

Gym is dated with limited equipment.
