The room is spacious. You don't hear the neighbours. The room has a big window and a convenient layout. Check-in and requested cot were well taken care of. Location is quite good, as it's just off a big shopping street

Room was extremely warm even on a spring day with a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. This made our stay very uncomfortable and I had to flee the room during the day with my baby as it was too hot in there for him. Bathroom has some mould and towel was old. Tv did not have any channels.

The suites are located very close to the center, but in a quiet area. The self check in was efficient, the room was large and comfortable, the bed was good and I could rest properly

The bathroom was old and the toilet was leaking, i had to use towels to keep the water from accumulating and spilling into the bedroom. No shower toiletries were provided.

Very useful having an apartment for a longer business trip. Room was spacious enough and clean. Plenty of room to relax. Decor fairly basic, but fine. Decent value for money and great location in Leuven.

Not clean, next to dumpster with trash on ground. Lack of towels for 3 people. Impossible for 2 people to get in/out of bed in terribly small room.

The appartment on the 1st floor we took have a lot of space in a main room combined with the dinner place. Comfy sofa and a lot of light going throuh the day from the floor-to-ceiling window, which is very good protected from light at night with the curtains. Accessing to the appratments was easy with overprotected key-box and a key. Sound isolation from others and a corridor is decent enough.

Travelling by car. Unfortunately parking is not available, which is mentioned in the description, but street prices are too high. I strictly recommend to look into parking garage option which is 100+ meters from the location, it is underground, has the entrance gate, pretty much safe and much much much cheaper than the street parking. Check-out. Early check-out at 10 am is not convinient for the long distance/late arrivals. So we took paid (10 Euro) option to have late check-out at 1 pm. Good that it has such flexibility, bad that it is an extra fee for it.

a bit more investment in cheering up the appartement, would bring some atmosphere. A painting, a few pictures against the wall! The smell , these old buildings in Leuven, they have a problem... they come with a smell. Luckily, the smell stayed in the toilet and bathroom and did not spread throughout the room.

Only the location.

The apartment was dirty when we arrived. After complaining about it, the cleaning lady supposedly came but didn’t make any difference. The elevator broke down several times, which is very inconvenient when on a 4th floor and a 2-year old daughter in a stroller. My husband got trapped in the elevator for about half an hour and then got blamed by the staff for “breaking” the elevator. You get charged a “weekly cleanup”, which in our case was just to change the sheets and towels. Absolutely nothing was cleaned. NOTHING. The lady didn’t even bothered to wipe the dining table. In the middle of a heatwave and all you have is one window and one 30-cm desk fan; nothing else! Which leads to the toilet and shower to be humid and smelly all the time. For what we paid, the facilities and the customer service (or lack thereof) should be much much better.

Great value for money, bigger than a hotel room, lovely quiet street.

Furniture, equipment and amenities in the appartement are minimal and of poor quality

It wasn't really a 'two-bedroom' apartment. Only one bedroom had a door. The other 'room' was just an open plan space separated by a wall inside the main lounge space. The shower drain was blocked.
