I stayed in this hotel already several times, I like it thats why I keep coming back.

Room was extra large, and it could warm up quite easily. Breakfast was superb in so lovely decorated space. The hotel was 30 minutes walk from the centre, but it was in very quite and nice area, with less than 10 min walk to KU Leuven. Would recommend it and come again on the next visit to Leuven!

Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the conviene of the location to the University Campus

Floors were extremely cold in our room and not very clean. It was odd getting to our room at night because of the terrace rooms locations - very dark and hard to see. Overall it was okay but was not worth the money we paid, just good because we needed a place to stay for taking an exam at the University located across the street.

Booked a kingsize bed but got two singles with splitting mattresses, that’s a No … Bathroom: Water damage with paint peeled off the wall; everything slid off the bathroom shelf above the sink as it was so crooked; and no washcloth; And unfortunately the room wasn’t even aired … disappointing really

Rooms are cold, toilet smelled like fried food from the ventilation and outside of the upper rooms in the main building there is a odor of sewage.

Good location when traveling by bike, you can stall safely your bike for the night. City center is 10 minutes by bike, you can find restaurants on walking distance of the hotel. We stayed in a new 'bungalow' room right across the main building, very nice rooms in a green environment.

Great breakfast, beautiful and big room. Really nice setting in general.

Down side of having a big room with a very high ceiling: it was quite cold.

Hotel needs more staff. Restaurant left with one poor lady to service 22 (or more) diners at 9pm. She did v well, though customers less than impressed. Towels left on the floor were not replaced. Glasses, cups, ashtrays (full) left on tables in courtyard, still the 11 am next day.
