Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Gepäck wurde auf das Zimmer gebracht. Sehr gutes Bett mit fester Matratze. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe von Piazza S. Marco, ist aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück mit großer Auswahl wird in einem sensationellen Saal in ruhiger Atmosphäre angeboten. Für den Abend gibt es eine kleine gemütliche Hotelbar mit kompetenten Barkeeper. Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt

The hotel was just what we needed for our short trip in Venice. The beds were comfortable, cleaned to an acceptable standard and it was in a great location. The breakfast was also nice and we enjoyed the roof terrace.

The bathroom did not look like the picture and I would say it is a little small.

Shower a bit small in a classic double room

The patio overlooking the canal is lovely and nice place to relax after dinner. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. A female front desk manager was particularly helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent - close to St Mark's square, lot's of restaurants and shops, and of course, on the canal.

The bar only seats a few people and closes on the early side.

Dona palace was in a great location and the patio on the canal was a great place to have a drink at the end of the night. the staff were also very kind and friendly

our room had a step into a landing AND then a step up to the bathroom.

we loved the terrace and the Efie the waiter was great! Front desk very helpful and the girls in the breakfast area were great

everyone was so helpful! the view from the room was amazing! I loved listening to the gondoliers go buy singing each day!

Such an amazing experience in Venice made even more special by the hotel Location was superb with the lovely outside lounge bar served by great staff as we sat and watched the gondolas go by. Beautiful clean Room, super comfy bed and pillows and amazing friendly staff. While we were there it was my Birthday, we never mentioned this to the staff but to my surprise I was brought a delicious cake complete with candle after our breakfast and then when we returned to our room late afternoon the amazing staff had left us Bellini on ice and a Birthday message, little extras that made our trip even more special We would highly recommend this hotel 100%

air conditioning units on outside wall near to our room (40). my wife’s sleep was somewhat disturbed as a result. if it had been the height of summer we would have needed to move to another room.

Convenient location. Lovely breakfast setting with a wide variety of food. Nice terrace on a canal.

Scented spray used when cleaning the room. Climate control was tricky.
