parking guys little angry

I don't like alot of man sitting in loopes and reception of hotel. Smell of hotel is sugars bad smells. Alot of lady in front of hotel. I came hotel in 2016 and it was good hotel family place . Now I don't recommend for family 2022 Bad experience

I didn't like anything, Nothing except the towels smells good

No coffee with the room when i asked them the answer was that they don't give coffee with rooms "Never experienced this before in my past travels" No quilt just a sheet on the bed followed by a winter blanket that im sure the guest before me used it also "Never ever experienced such weird thing" couldn't sleep well since i was cold and the AC is not easy to adjust cuz its a 2002 model you either turn it off or on

The apartment and the hotel overall smell awful and we had to ask for air freshener in the first night from the cleaning guy and the reception but they didn’t provide us until we asked again next night. the location is not easy to access and far from the center and link provided in Booking for the facility location is inaccurate. The hotel provides parking but parking area is small and limited. They parked our car once in a paid parking and then at the checkout they asked for 10 AED for 2 days parking although it was one day and they should provide parking service. Checkout takes almost 15 minutes
