The location was perfect, close to the center and all important places. Excellent breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel was great, but the staff really stood out to me! The staff was exceptional! During our visit to Venezia, apparently, there was a general strike of public transportation. We did not know about this and the staff sent us a message before our trip which allowed us to prepare for any delays. I'm very grateful for this! In addition, we were allowed to store our luggage at the hotel after check-out. This was very useful to us as we checked out in the morning and our flight was in the evening. Didn't have to carry the bags with us all day.

Really great attention, they let me deposit my bags ahead of time. Breakfast was amazing! They really made you feel like home.

Given that the bathrooms and showers were shared for my kind of room, I would have expected them to have more per floor. Room was also a bit noisy.

The location is just perfect. It is 5 min walk from the main square next to the channel. Room is cleaned daily and outside of the room everything looks shinny clean.

Breakfast in the hotel and overpriced food in general in Venice is a bit problematic. For breakfast we had a coffee, orange juice, yoghurts, Muesli, butter and jam, several slices of bread and croissant with 2-3 salami slices and 2 cheese slices. You wont stay hungry but I have higher expectation for the breakfast in the hotel.

Instructions how to get there from the train station by water taxi. It was a long walk with the bags.

the location is very good, very close to the main plaza.

Henry III (front office) was great and so were the other staff. location is good as well. Henry provided us with good information with a lot of patience and enthusiasm.

heating is not always on. the timings are fixed so it can get cold in the night. shower is small. room keys are heavy probably designed so you have to leave the keys at the front desk. no elevators! this is probably true for many hotels in Venice.

Breakfast definitely needs improvement. Variety and quality were not good.

The location waa great and central. Close to everything and especially St Marc square. The breakfast was also nice.

The beds was quite worn out.

Staff were lovely and very helpful with directions and modes of transport including airport transfer. The room was spacious, although a little dated. The location was perfect! Right in the centre of everything! Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of foods and drinks.

Nothing was as expected Or shown in the pictures on Booking neither breakfast nor hotel or rooms. The only good part with hotel was support staff.

We had a great time there. The hotel really exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, great staff and breakfast. There is also a nice terrace where you can relax. If you choose to stay there, you will not regret.

Was my birthday during our stay and in the mornig when we went for breakfast the lady who was serving the breakfast came to me and started singing "Happy birthday to you" she didn't speak english well but she was great! She was serving me and keep telling me "happy birthday " :))) , she was lovely ! Was a great way to start my day : she entertain me and made me feel very good :) Also the lad at reception was looking after us :)
