everything!!! room cleaning not exist restaurant clean not exist staff rude except on reception food bad bad bad,not tasty,drinks from very cheap color mix facility very old and not fixed just if you ask to Recommend to Booking to check the hotel because it’s not worse even 1 stat

The animation staff for the kids was superb.

The rooms were messy, the tv in the room is for show, very unwelcoming staff members, food was terrible, if you wanted a piece of fruit to eat on the terrace the restaurant staff would stop you even if you haven’t served launch or dinner, the plates were already dirty when they would bring them out as being washed , the toilets were horrible, the coffee was un drinkable, the fridge inside the room was worm.

Messy rooms and halls, inside the room the beds and pillow were uncomfortable, the tv is just and accessory, the fridge was worm, the toilets were horrible, smelly and very dirty, the coffee was un drinkable, the dishes in the restaurant were dirty, the food was bad, the restaurant staff was horrible: tried to take an apple to eat it on the terrace and they have stoped me even if I haven’t ate dinner or launch.

property is really old building who doesnt have the condition to be max 1 or 2 start. place was dirty all the clean missing more cleaning action. air accommodations was not working at all.. including in common areas. in room was working but didnt come fresh air- i try to make it to understand to reception manager, after i spoked with maintenance responsible who said: here is one big machine for all hotel so work nothing or really bad (imposible that manager wanted to understand, i guess she has this instruction by hotel manager)

Lovely personnel. Food was just right. We do recommend this hotel to the lovely couples, since they are offering free Champagne with fruit salad.

There was not enough personnel head count, which resulted in great queues. There should be increase in head count. Rest was OK. We couldn't speak Deutsch.

They have managed to fullfil all our requests - we had 4 nice rooms, one next to the other, with sea view. The food was very good and for all preferences. I was happy that I had what to feed the kids. Mini disco was also good for the kids. The receptionists were extremely kind and helpful (they gave me some mints for my cough and also an emergency medical kit when I had a small wound). Also at the restaurant staff was kind and helpful.

The door to the balcony was not closing well. Most of the coffee cups were dirty (had coffee traces) and some of the plates were not very clean. We found some strange insects in the room (not sure how they got to the 6th floor).

We have a lot of problems in our 2 rooms, In one of them the light from the toilet was not working and we announce that but remain like that… We found some insects (Cockroaches , spiders , ants) The personal from bars are awful… etc The food was very poor , Only the breakfast it’s OK And the smell in our room was like you know old warehouse…

outside pools were super for kids

The worst experience at this hotel in Bulgaria, I came for Easter with my family and they said that they have an indoor pool and parking and that everything is OK. it didn't work, it wasn't hot water, dirty plates, very little food at all in the conditions when the hotel was full, the very rude staff don't speak English, they scream at you and swear at their language. When we went to get our car after 2 days when we were parked, I found that it was scratched and hit. came in front of the hotel, and when he saw us he jumped into the fight and hit my wife as well. I called the police, they asked us what happened without giving any statement, and the hotel manager did not guarantee us that we will be safe They had a car, they didn't have surveillance cameras in front of the hotel. I called Booking, told them what had happened and they said they were calling the property and called us back immediately, and after an hour we called again, and they told us to wait for a quick offer from the property. that we have decided to stay another night! We will return in detail!

Close to the sea

It was cold in the rooms, flushing system of the toilet was damaged, no electricity in one night at the entire 7th floor, parking very far from hotel or to small for such a big 4* hotel!!!! Not enough staff for All inclusive hotel!!!

the restaurant is a little bit small for the capacity of the hotel.

Unfortunately, the only plus for the property is its location.

The hotel is NOT ready to receive guests. I don't recommend no one with medium to high expectation to stay there.
