Room is clean, sound proof is ok in the room, but not great in bath room, I can hear kids laughing from other rooms.
Breakfast is ok, staff could do better on arranging the tables, since my table has been taken by someone later than me twice.
My credit card was pre-charged before I arrived. while arriving I realized I didn't take the card. So I changed to another card. But the pre-payment on the first card have not been cancelled till now. The staff told me they have done twice to cancel the payment, but the bank says they didn't receive cancellation from the restaurant.

A nice hotel not far from the main part of Macau. Great staff and wonderful facilities for kids. The pool was great and had a small slide.
Breakfast was good although they need to purchase a couple of new coffee machines.

We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and resort. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The resort is very special with a beautiful pool set in a tropical paradise. Kids love the water slide and the whole pool area is very relaxing. The spa is also great.

great location for exploring Macau - so lovely that it is not connected to a casino. The rooms are lovely- we had a suite- the rooms are well appointed. I’ve been coming here for 20 years , since it was the Mandarin Oriental. It’s kept it’s lovely spa and pool area. The hotel has a great Portuguese vibe and the breakfast room is delightful.
I really like most things about this hotel - I just think a little maintenance needs doing in the inside spa area- I can only speak fir the women’s side but the plunge pool area is looking a little tired - needs a repaint of the ceiling and surrounding area. It’s really quite nice but a slight spruce up would elevate it to something even nicer.

Located very close to the Outer Macau Ferry Terminal, and just a 10-minute taxi to the old town. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with requests (especially Ariel, who gave us a great restaurant recommendation and went above and beyond to get us a taxi when we were leaving). The beds are extremely comfortable. Overall a really nice stay, and really rare to be in a pool resort so close to Macau's old town.
The pool opens at 6:30am, but pool service doesn't start until 10:30am, and there seemed to be a lot of confusion among pool staff about when it opens, whether you can bring in outside food and drink, etc. It seems silly to start pool service so late, when people would likely enjoy a poolside breakfast or coffee! In general, everything was very clean, but I did notice that some parts of our room ensuite still had dirty smudges/sprays and didn't look as well cleaned as everything else.
