I liked the friendliness of the staff and location. Also very clean.

The establishment is very basic. The basic accommodation is truly basic - typical maids quarters. The asking price is not commensurate to what is offered.

Very friendly and efficient staff on reception. Smiling faces at breakfast time - super eggs and bacon.

The fridge in our room was quite noisy - also gave out rather a lot of heat while running.

Nice staff and owners who made us feel like being at home. Very good service even when we arrived late and the kitchen was closed. The staff was always willing to help. Quite place. At a walking distance of the Village (location of several restaurants).

The pillows, only negative point during the stay.

It has a large parking and a nice room for breakfast. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. For one night it is a good choise.

we had the room next to the swimming pool. It had not a proper door but a window. We did not feel privacy at all. The bathroom was also not so good, the door is not a proper door that you can lock… i didn’t like it.

- rooms, breakfast diner were OK; but not more than that. - shower didn('t work ( regulation hot/cold water ), service restaurant was not experienced ( meat was asked medium-bleu, but was very well done, many clients has to wait long time, wifi was not good at all, only OK onder the trees at the parking ...

The hotel is very well located, just off one of the main roads in central Windhoek, secure shaded on-site parking and within 3mins walking distance of some great local restaurants = super! We had a great reception and check-in - receptionist could not have had a bigger smile (we even had help from one of the maintenance team to carry heavy bags - thank you!). The room was a good size with coffee facilities, balcony, wifi - very clean and comfortable. Although we didn't sit around the pool or go for a swim, the communal pool area looked like a great place to relax and take some time out. We would certainly consider to stay here again, thank you!

Only minor suggestions: coffee at breakfast is a minor religion for most, so while the flask coffee ticked the box, it would be great if the hotel could invest in a commercial coffee machine for guests. Offering a small selection of pastries/ artisan breads from a local baker would take things to the next level (perhaps I missed them). During checkout the receptionist was friendly enough, but only looked up at us once when handing over the receipt - not sure if too shy, but eye contact/ that "human touch" is super important for next time :)

I am from the USA, Oakland, California. Staff was friendly and attentive. People were also kind and responsive to conversation without being intrusive.

Nothing comes to mind. Let's see, the food was good! There was a menu of variaty. The pizza was exceptional!! The location for businesses or for tourist was on point. Can not think of anything else.

We were upgraded to a balcony room. Very nice place to sit and watch the sunset. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool area was comfortable. Quiet hotel.

Its a great hotel, but its a little farther from the center of town than we prefer to be. Walking from that area of town is a little sketchy. Otherwise it was a quiet area and it was gated so we felt safe enough at the hotel.

We had a great room with a balcony - thanks for the upgrade! Could watch the sunset over the city. Rooms were large and comfortable. Clean. Staff was amazing.

Breakfast service was a little slow, but it got better after a few days. A little too far from the center of town, and have to walk through a somewhat sketchy part of town - giant holes in the sidewalk on way to Independence so watch your step! (Not the hotels fault)
