Big room with nice decoration ,good location and very nice owner. We and my group arrived the apt one day after booking because of flight delay so could not check in on the booking date. Owner waved the first night for us. That's great.

We only stayed for a night but it was perfect! Awesome views from the living room and bedroom windows. Fans and air conditioning throughout. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! Thanks for a wonderful night!

Saw a cockroach, not the property’s fault. Also, the air fresheners were empty and could be refilled more regularly. But that’s just me nitpicking. We loved it!

Spacious and comfortable, good location, plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. Very good value and we were able to book last minute.

It wasn’t the cleanest- the small garbage bins hadn’t been emptied. It needs some attention: I thought the shower door and the toilet paper holder might fall off, the towel bar already had and the bathroom tap was loose.

Very central, very modern, spacious, nice furnished, we didn't miss anything and can highly recommend this Apartment. The car was safely parked in the garage.

Location is excellent. Owner did everything possible to let me check in early. Particularly as it was a last minute booking. Secure parking and security on the main gate.

Great location: one of three apartments at 77 Independence Ave that I have stayed at. Plenty of space, well furnished and with a large double bed in one room and two singles in the other. Very convenient parking and with disabled parking spaces close to the lift / elevator

The shower room is in need of a little maintenance, otherwise an excellent stay

The apartment had everything we needed and located close to everything. Host made sure we were settled in comfortably. Will use the facility again
