Location was great, and apartment was lovely. heated pool was wonderful for the baby to swim in

We had hired a 7 bedroom apartment, and once the host arrived, after many phone calls to open up, there where only 5 bedrooms, which was a problem as 3 of the guests needed there own rooms and the reason we chose this apartment

villa was clean, comfortable & pool heated to perfection. Pool cleaned daily, rubbish collected . Villa was left with toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs etc which is a nice bonus. we all loved our stay

Outside hob didnt work by bbq & inside hob was difficult to get to decent temp

Everything was clean. The location was superb. There is a washing machine on the property.

The communication was problematic. We didn't get any info upfront of our stay so I though that the time of arrival that i have entered here on Booking is a given. Nobody was waiting for us on the accommodation. I needed to make a few calls and than wait for 40minutes. We needed to pay in cash even though the Booking states we can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard). The pool heating was either turned of or pretty weak. We didn't got Wifi passwords on arrival. We have asked via messages but didn't got any aswer. On Booking 7 bedrooms are advertised but there are not 7 bedrooms. It was not problem for us, but it was kinda upsetting.

Provided a cot for our baby which was really nice. Heated pool was amazing. Jacuzzi was amazing. Outdoor eating area perfect for barbecue and watching the kids play. The kids loved it. House is spectacular. Fully equipped with all you could possibly need. Amazing views. Pool was cleaned regularly, bins emptied daily. Workers very friendly. Beds comfortable. Lots of room in the house plenty of toilets and showers inside and out. Best Villa we have holidayed in by far. Holiday world a 5 min drive away, burger King 4 mins away and Aqualand 6 mins away. 👑😁

There was nobody there to greet us and show us around (We did arrive 30 mins late due to picking up our rental car taking more time than we thought) . We had to figure out everything for ourselves. No alarm on the door leading to the pool. No key for the gates by the pool, dodgy if kids leave the complex as there is quite a steep stairwell at the rear of the property. Only got WiFi on the 5th day due to expired code. Complex is a bit off the beat and track but I was OK with it as I am used to dark secondary roads. You need a car if you stay here.

It was so spacious and had everything anyone could need. The hosts were so helpful even providing the little things such as rubbish bags and toilets rolls together with a spice rack. Was really peaceful and ideal for families with a range of pool toys and table tennis. Also to mention is ideal for severely disabled Phenomenal value for money

Leaving was the only bad thing but cannot wait to come back

Everything! The space is enormous inside and outside as well. There are kitchens both inside and outside. The pool and the jacuzzi was heated, it is very useful if you travel from November until March. The property equipped with everything you need on a vacation from the coffee maker to the barbecue grill. You have even a washing-machine. You really can't ask for more!

You definitely need a car to get to the property, or go to shopping but we rent some anyway, every time we are on the island. It is really cheap and comfortable. Sometimes the lights in the pool and at the pool area din't work in the evening but a couple of days later they fixed it. Other than that everything was perfect.
