I loved the location, we had SO much fun and the area was beautiful!!

We were missing some items in the kitchen but it was still great!

plenty of watersports equipment to use. some good places to rest when we had an 8 hour wait until check in time at 4pm, a close easy walk to a selection of fish fry restaurants. breakfast service was friendly and efficient. they had a band in the restaurant one night which was really nice

Lunch and dinner food was very slow. We waited an hour for a plain hamburger to go on an evening where there were very few other people in the restaurant so don't leave it until you are very hungry to order.

The voucher for breakfast could not be arranged on the spot but apparently had to be arranged before hand, however this was not mentioned in booking.com I had to switch rooms during my stay and 4:00 pm as check in time is uncomfortable (too late).

The location was perfect and the grounds were beautiful!

They were short staffed, however; the workers that were there tried to accommodate the best they could. The island had water issues while we were there and I feel like management could have handled the situation much better. Perhaps provided free water to guests and other discounts to compensate. We were given free water eventually, but we needed to make a big deal out of the issue. The price for these rooms are high, so you have expectations with the service you’re going to receive. Management should be more proactive with their guests. The issue itself was not their fault, however; how they handle the situation with their guests could be better.

the only part I didn’t like was that our hotel part was across the street from the check in building and we had to walk up and down the hill and across the street but to be honest it wasn’t really that bad lol

I’m guessing we got what we laid for, but our room was not in a great position (garden view?). Would have happily paid more for sea front. It also felt very expensive that we were offered a late checkout BUT at $27 an hour!

The staff was amazing. So friendly and attentive. The welcome email they sent in advance had so much useful information. They can schedule activities, spa treatments, rental cars and food shopping so it is there when you arrive. The location was perfect- right on the beach. It has a great restaurant on site (the seafood pizza was the best we have ever had). They were always asking how we were doing and if we needed anything and changing out our beach towels as we needed. We will definitely stay there again on our net visit!

We loved the location, walking distance to the Fish fry area. The beach access was perfect right outside of our room. The restaurant on site, Splash was delicious. Definitely recommend the Mahi fish tacos.

There was a lot of garbage around the beach area. This made me sad especially being so close to water and sea animals getting caught in it.

The location was great, this is where I stay whenever I come to Exuma. The staff are friendly, rooms very nice.

Cindy the lady of the front desk abs all other ladies there are so adorable. But ladies SPLASH BAR are DISGUSTING!

SPLASH BAR is the only place to eat there because you are far from other restaurants or supermarket. I was mistreated for the attendants there all the times I was there. nobody what’s to serve you, you have to beg to have a drink or a food. I went there for 3 times and the last one I didn’t could have a breakfast because the lady told “ITS 10 O CLOCK, BREAKFAST IS TILL 10”. we received an email that shows breakfast till 10:30AM. I would pay, it was not a favor.
