Camere un po' piccole

Great location, only a few minutes' walk to the metro station and within walking distance to the Kuanzhai Alleys. We have free pick-up from the airport to the hotel as we booked 6 days' stay. The staffs are very knowledgeable and helpful. They provide prompt and response to our enquiries both before and during our stay.

Big and comfy rooms. The hotel was very pretty, the common spaces were amazing. There is also a restaurant if guests are too tired to go out for a meal.

The free laundry was very badly done - most of the clothes cleaned by the staff were still dirty/stained.

First of all, I want to mention Frank, the manager. He really makes every effort possible to help his western guests with anything they need - which can otherwise be very complicated in China. His English is perfect, so you can ask him anything. He let us choose which room was most suitable for us, as we stayed 12 nights. The courtyard is very nice to sit in for breakfast or dinner. Food is excellent. Many nice shops just outside the hotel, Metro in close walking distance. As we stayed a bit longer, airport transfer was included and free.

Bellissimo hotel in posizione ottimale per visitare Chengdu. Offre soluzioni su misura per le principali attrattive nei dintorni. Ci hanno consigliato e aiutato nell'organizzazione dei giorni a disposizione. Personale gentilissimo e a modo, che parla inglese (una rarità nel nostro viaggio in Cina!!). Servizio lavanderia super apprezzato, colazione buona, ristorante per la sera squisito, i piatti erano uno più buono dell'atro!! Una nota di merito per il gestore Frank e alcune delle ragazze,tra cui Kimberly, per la gentilezza, disponibilità e per l'aiuto che hanno dimostrato. Se siete a Chengdu non esitate a soggiornare qui! Davvero grazie a Frank!!

Avevamo il quarto piano (che poi era terzo) senza ascensore, ma non è stato un problema perchè ci hanno portato i bagagli in camera. Nel caso abbiate problemi chiedete il piano terra o piano basso.

La struttura rispetta le foto pubblicate. Davvero splendida dallo scenario tipico cinese. Camera accogliente, frutta in regalo, wc giapponese, colazione occidentale e cinese. Non c’è l’ascensore ma le valigie vengono portate in camera dallo staff. Tutta la strada è sullo stesso stile dell’hotel. Vicino alla fermata metro e comoda per i taxi che comunque costano poco. Offrono un servizio di noleggio Hanfu. Lo consiglio!

Location was perfect, 5 mins walk from the metro station. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Easy contactless check-in, nicely fitted oom, very clean and comfy bed, the breakfast was so good that we really enjoyed it ,the dining room looked nice and well equipped.

The breakfast needs a serious upgrade. It’s small scale, which is absolutely okay but the things they do have need to be of better quality. The coffee was good tho! :) Would also love some yogurt and greater variety of fruits.

The hotel is exquisite and full of oriental feel. The wood and craving was artistically beautiful and the room is clean. I enjoyed free upgrade so the room has one king and 2 single which is more than enough for me and my parents. The aircon temperature can very controlled so it’s very good for my old aged parents. The garden at level one can be used for meals and sitting down to relax. I have my dinner made in the hotel too. The dinner were good too.

The hotel is 4 storey high without lift, hence I have to climb up and down when I need to go out. The good thing is the hotel provides luggage carrying services.

shopping alley is just across the road.. so convenient with lots of restaurants

The breakfast changed daily and was fantastic. The restaurant / tea house was a destination restaurant. The food options were great and plentiful. The staff were amazing. In particular, Frank, the hotel manager, was super helpful, accommodating, and customer focused. He ensured that all elements of our stay from booking opera tickets to dining, to finding various destinations were seamless. He made our stay spectacular.

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is very beautiful with its courtyard. When we arrived, they told us that we got an upgrade which meant that we had our own tea room. The staff was also super lovely and very friendly.

Прекрасное расположение на красивой, но шумной улице. Простые, но аутентичные номера, чистые и комфортные кровати. Приветственные вкусности (мандарины очень вкусные!!). В номере есть все необходимое - шампунь/кондиционер, зубные щетки, тапочки, фен, переходники. Вкусный завтрак шведский стол. Нам все очень понравилось!

l'hôtel est magnifique avec sa terrasse extérieure et les chambres qui se répartissent tout autour du patio sur 4 étages, on peut y déjeuner, y dîner, boire un verre dans un cadre exceptionnel la rue de l'hôtel est splendide la gentillesse du personnel avec un grand merci à Frank grâce à qui nous avons pu organiser des excursions, qui nous a réservé des places pour l'opéra qui est à proximité et qui a réussi à démêler un problème de réservation d'avion nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement de chambre, elle était équipée d'un frigo, d'un WC japonais ...

Good location for subway users Close to cultural park where Sichuan opera been shown. Nice staffs. They helped me whenever I had problem during travel, specially when I have to put Chinese phone number for reservation, also they searched a lot of information for me. Thanks all staffs Belle and other two nice staffs. This hotel’s interior design is very oriental so that you can feel Chinese mood and feeling. Hope to visit again.

Room is spacious and clean. Laundry service provided. Location is good. Near to 宽窄巷子。Within 10 minutes walking distance. The breakfast provided is quite good as well.

No lift. Although the staff is helping to carry the luggage, you would still need to walk up to level 4. Elderly with leg problems beware.

The shower area is tight. It will be good to extend the shower space when there are more than sufficient floor area

Location : Excellent. Subway within walking distance. Service : Frank and his team are exceedingly helpful and friendly. Room is clean, which is important to hotel guests. Food: Breakfast is generally adequate. We had dinner at the hotel on one of the nights, and the chicken pot that we had was excellent as well.

We had a twin room. One of the beds was too soft for me (the firmness of the 2 beds are different). Food: perhaps always have plain/wholemeal bread available during breakfast, in addition to the sweet bread.
