The location of this hotel is just perfect - right above the park, so if you don't mind walking 50-ish stairs, you will find that you are practically in the park. This can be avoided by using the quite elevated sidewalk that is also a bit longer. The property is very well cleaned. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were traveling with a toddler and were accommodated on the first floor even though we didn't specify it (there's no elevator in the building)
The breakfast is a quite scarce. It is very cheap and that should probably explain it, but I still hardly feel it's worth it. The mini fridge in the room was not working.

It was clean, apparently only the cleaning stuff is good.
Even though I booked 2 double rooms with double beds, the guy in the reception gave us single beds and he resisted not to change. I showed him my reservation details with pictures on booking but he did not change the room. Me and my husband stayed in single beds lol. Also, for the price, it was 56 levas per room but he charged us 60 levas. I think this hotel should not be on Booking.com, because they do not organize themselves according to the prices and room details on booking. I would not recomment! Zero client satisfaction!

The hotel is on great locations and the double rooms are spacious with great view. Our room was on the third floor with spectacular view of the city. Very close near by is the main street with many shops and restaurants. The hotel is just few minutes from the park.

Clean room with a nice view to the outside.
WiFi was a disaster. It doesn’t really exist. I couldn’t work online, I lost money because of this. I was forced to use my (limited) own internet personal data and pay extra funds to my provider. This accommodation brought me back 25 years ago, what a pity!!!
Luck of elevator and kettle are also important to mention.
Front Desk totally cold & indifferent, never replied to the phone, looking to the other side everytime I passed by. Terrible to see it happen. A change of attitude is wanted .. desperately!

Excellent hotel, excellent location. Staff were very helpful, professional and efficient. We would certainly recommend this hote for anyone staying in Sandanski. The room were very specious, clean and lovely.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Good location, close to the center and close to the park. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

The staff were nice enough to make us breakfast 1h prior to the breakfast time (at 7am!) as we were leaving early. So kind of them.

It was on a big downhill. There was no room for maneuver.
It had no blackout curtains,

Good location. Clean room, very quiet, comfortable.
As concerns the breakfast ....It seems we disturbed the two persons that drunk their coffees..
Very simple, simple, basic breakfast : coffee, one warm sandwich (2 slices of bread with ham and hard cheese ), half tomato slices / person !!!! We had to ask for one tee ( we learnt later that it is included in the breakfast )
Nothing else !!! No salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, glasses, no other food,...no breakfast arrangement !
Much to our surprise we didn't find water, not on the table. no dispensing machine, nowhere...
We asked for some water (?), the desk operator brought us 4 water in bottles of 0,5 l, cold ( appreciated ).......she didn't inform us that we have to pay for its !!!When we handled her the rooms' keys, we learnt that the water IS NO INCLUDED IN THE BREAKFAST ?!?! She explained with the hands because she didn't speak English, not at all !Of course we paid, we left hotel very disappointed and decided not to return. We are so sorry for this bad experience !!
