water slides

we arrived in oct half term, we were told no al la carte restaurant open, water slides are timed, room was leaking of water and staff not very helpful. I wouldn’t recommend

Me and my sister got food poisoning , we think it could be from the meet , but in general the food was good with different variations . The animation team is not active at all , no any activities were done , in other hotels you see them every where .

Clean rooms , the hotel is large , the water park games are good .

The cleaning staff do little effort in cleaning.. Cleanning the room should be more professional. Also the water slide work only 5 hours per day it need to be more than that

The pools and also the housekeepers were so kind and polite

You need to repeat your demands to house keeping as they either don’t understand or don’t give a damn.

The atmosphere of the main restaurant is not suitable for 5 stars. The floor and walls are in depressing dark colors otherwise the food was wonderfull

- water amusement, many pools, water slides. - location on the beach is very nice and convenient. - game center ( one needs to pay extra for this ) - entertainment program in the evening. - drinks are found at many places in the hotel.

- this hotel has major problems in cleanliness. They gave us a room that was not cleaned after the previous visitors with blood spot on the bed, hair in the shower, and a very dirty sofa. - staff is not collaborative. We complained about the dirty room three times and no body cared about that. I talked with customer relation desk, a girl on the check in desk and finally the manager at the checkin desk. - staff: it is so hard to find a staff member who speaks English, even at the checkin desk. - staff and check in process. They just gave us the keys. They didn’t give a map of the hotel, information about the restaurant reservation, how to connect to the internet, and dining times. I had to ask for everything. - food, although it looks nice but it is so tasteless. We tried the Fish restaurant and it was also with low quality food. In addition to that, one can get only one free restaurant reservation and the rest is paid. - Our shower sink didn’t drain. !!!!

variety of restaurants, some staff members know about guest services... Pool open in the evening too. Spa center was great, staff working hard there and good in it.

most staff had no training or skill to work in hospitality (most of them looked like kids in summer job). Expected them to speak and understand English -very few did. It was not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Room mixed up at check in, relocating, were not even apologetic for it. Room key system outdated, guests found themselves looked out. Wifi strength and coverage below expectation.
