Location of hotel was very central... Good bus services/connections for moving to new places... The staff were welcoming and the beds v comfortable.

The bathroom was v small....but it was good to have bathroom en suite...

LOVELY people working there. Very friendly and very helpful. Room was stylish, clean and comfortable. En suites was small, but had everything you need.

In my room (first floor) I could hear people in other rooms, on the corridor and even buzzing in at street level (at night); very surprised by these acoustics, as my room was at the end of the my corridor (away from the stairs)! Not loud enough to impact sleep, so not a massive problem! (Other room we took on 2nd floor did not experience any of these issues.)

The man on reception made every effort to help me with everything, parking, directions, charging my phone, and storing my luggage. Fabulous.

There is no AC (which we knew about when booking) however the hotel did not even bother to invest in inexpensive fans for the rooms when it was 42 degrees in Biarritz this weekend. We had to sleep with the window and the door open with our passport/money under the pillow and still slept terribly due to the heat and lack of fans/propellers in the room. Disgraceful.

Very friendly host, who explained us everything and also told us were we could find some nice restaurants to go to. Rooms were small, but clean.

Bathroom were very small; Difficult to find a parking spot, as there is none at the hotel.

Location was quite good but the room was extremely small. Bathroom too. Both room were the same. Wouldn’t stay again and parking is a nightmare. Also no lift and graphing bags up 4 flights of stairs.

Size of room and no parking. No lift so if heavy luggage beware your back!

The location was good because it forced us to walk down to the city centre and seafront and thus get to know the geography of Biarritz better.

The crampedness. I have stayed in many memorable, small hotelroms but never minded the size before.

Friendly owners! Good location; walking distance from city center & côte des basques. Nice decorations in the hallways, very welcoming feeling. Our (heavy) luggage was brought up to the room by the owners, so excellent service! Rooms were cleaned with care.

One of our mattresses was very dinged in the middle. When asking to replace it, they replaced it with a new mattress which was better but still not great.
