This hotel tops the charts in every way. Their reception area is lovely, with a cafe in it. The receptionists I met were so nice, helpful and warm. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and the staff working the breakfast became like friends to me. I stayed for quite a long time; extending my stay twice. The room was totally perfect. Little things that you don't notice because they're so good like: the mini fridge made no noise, the climate control in the room was excellent and also silent, the amount of storage space is just right, the HUGE desk is so wonderful. I highly recommend this place to anyone. And if you're looking for a long-stay, this is it. It will feel like home. Oh and you can walk almost anywhere in the city. It's just perfect.

Staff was helpful and very professional. Break fast was good also. The ladies at the reception were excellent. Especially Styljana was super nice and exceptional.

First, the location of the hotel is exactly in the city center and nearby everything. restaurants, bars and cafes, clubs, and supermarkets. I’d even say it’s the best area in Tirana if you’re looking for fun vacation. Second, the hotel cozy, we felt like we’re home, the room is well furnished and designed and super clean with a good street view. Third, the staff of the hotel is well picked, we planned to stay for 3 nights and ended up staying for 4 more nights, the receptionist Stiljana is super friendly, helpful, professional and has an answer to every inquiry, she even gave us the location to the best attractions in Albania. also Alket in the reception is a very helpful and professional young man. add to that, one of the room service ladies (Liljana) went the extra mile when my wife asked her to clean the room as we were heading out (she doesn’t speak English and we don’t speak Albanian) we were amazed when we came back. the room was super clean, our belongings were organized even better that we usually do. seriously great value for money and definitely going back there whenever we get to Tirana.

They don’t serve cappuccino in the breakfast (which is super important for us in the morning) and that the pool was out of service. otherwise the place is really good.

Perfect location. Laundry place right next door. KFC and other restaurants around the corner. Fairly comfortable. I liked how the girl at reception asked for criticism to help them improve. Good value for the price I’d say. Don’t expect anything fancy. The name is deceiving.

The hotel is anything but “Grand”. Pictures coupled with the name can be deceiving. It’s a small hotel, fairly old, with basics covered, in a good location. Spa is closed.

I always have late breakfast, which in this case was always stale, like it's been sitting there for 3-4h.

Grand hotel was a fantastic hotel near the center of the city in a very beautiful and famous street. The breakfast was very delicious... The coffee on the lobby bar was perfect. Housekeeping was wonderful and the room was quickly and thoroughly cleaned each day and I noticed the care and attention to detail that they made. I made a mistake and forget to leave a tip for the them in the room. I will make up for it next time. The staff were the real highlight of this property, from the Wonderful beautiful ladies at reception who were so helpful... The waiting staff who were attentive cheerful and efficient. To sum up Grand hotel is the best hotel in Tirana. Will definitely go back again!!!

Prime location in Tirana. The receptionist upgraded my single room to double, which was great news after a long flight. Very comfortable bed , room was perfectly arranged and cleaned. Amazing breakfast. Staff is always helpful when asking for sightseeing and directions. I would definitely be back again and i would highly recommend Grand Hotel Tirana

As we stayed in Tirana for a short vacation, the hotel was in a very good location. Prices are very reasonable, lobby, taxi, etc. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean, we chose slightly larger rooms, so there was enough space. The bed was super comfortable. It was a nice vacation.

The staff is very kind and helpful, but sometimes some services take more time than expected, the water pressure and temperature of the shower was a bit variable

Been there 6 days during the eufa conference final. And many fellow supporters hired other hotels or appartments. A week before the final many hotels canceled the reservations. NOT this hotel, they kept there promiss and even picked us up at the airport for free. For trips in and around Tirana personal of the hotel gave us excellent advis and directions.

The facilities where closed due to covid messures so not to blame the hotel. But they could us inform soner.

Very nice rooms and great breakfast. Upon arriving I noticed that the bar across the road was playing loud music and the hotel immediately let me change rooms, it was much appreciated. The location is super central and practical

The beds are high off the ground and very comfortable. The hotel offers a laundry service (right next door) which is very convenient Very friendly staff. Very convenient location in the heart of Blokku and many shops and restaurants nearby. The mini bar is well stocked It would be good to have a kettle for tea/coffee making, but there is a cafe on the ground floor.

all my concerns from last time have been solved. Everything was now ok. The smell of cigarette smoke has been addressed. The breakfast has also increased with more hot items look forward to spa opening later in the year

The choice of breakfast was ok, but it would be good to see a few more hot items. I asked for an omelette on my last day which was excellent.

The bathroom wasn't the same like in pictures that I booked. We had some small problems, but the personal solved that very quickly.
