Em geral, o hotel é muito bom. O café é de ótima qualidade, com bastante opções. Os quartos são ótimos, com especial elogio para o fato de ter um porta que separa um terceiro hóspede do casal. Muito bom isso

Não gostei da falta de atendentes e funcionários. Quase o tempo todo que estive no hotel, havia apenas um atendente na recepção de nome Neemias, que se virava para dar conta de todos que procuravam. Também no café da manhã, especial atenção merece a estação de ovos e tapioca. Uma única funcionária com dezenas de pedidos ao mesmo tempo. Ela também se esmera para atender, mas sem auxílio algum, fica difícil. PONTO NEGATIVO . O hotel também é distante do parque, mas oferece transporte gratuito. Outro ponto negativo é o fato do parque não ter quase nenhuma atividade para pessoas que estejam um pouco acima do peso. Todos os brinquedos têm limite de no máximo, 120 quilos e a forma como avaliam isso é muito constrangedora. Sugiro que ou tragam brinquedos que admitam um peso maior ou ao menos, ofereçam desconto de 50% para pessoas que pesam mais de 120 quilos, informando claramente a razão do desconto, pois uma pessoa com peso um pouco maior, paga igual, mas não pode usar quase nada no parque.

We kind of went in blind on this hotel. We weren't sure what we were getting with the lack of descriptive photos online, but we were blown away. Our room was amazing with a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and a loft with two beds and a bathroom. It was beautiful and so spacious. It came with access to hot park and the hot springs and a shuttle that takes you there and brings you home. We had breakfast and dinner buffet included in our stay as well. It was said beautiful and such an amazing stay !!! Our daughter got sick during our stay and a ambulance came and picked us up and took us to the Rio Quente clinic to be checked out by a doctor. Everyone was so helpful and really great care.

The size of the family room was very large so we found it spacious. The pool was clean and the drinks at the pool bar weren't bad.

Where do I start here. There were three families of us, staying in 3 separates accommodations and none of us liked it. The upstairs bathroom had dirt in the tub, the roof leaked, there were no blankets in the room, and they wouldn't even provide me with a plastic cup, claiming that they hotel does not provide room service and if they brought me a cup, they would have to stand there until I was finished drinking from it to take it back from me. It took about an hour to talk to someone to get a blanket as there was only a thin white sheet on the bed. My friend's family of five all had spider bites all over their bodies to the point that the hotel had to change their rooms and comp them dinner at a sister hotel because they have no dinner at Hotel Luupi. The furnishings are all so old that the chair broke with my daughter on it and fell on my foot in the restaurant. The staff saw and never once checked to see if I was ok, which I was not. It wasn't until the other guests started to same something did they send me a medic and still, she never bothered to come to the table to see if my daughter or I was ok. The daughter of the other family that was in my group had some type of food poisoning and ended up getting IV fluids from vomiting all night long. I would neither go back to this hotel or recommend it to anybody else.
