我们是带小孩儿一家三口入住，酒店设施、服务、早餐都很棒，房间里有咖啡机，迎宾水果，每晚房间还有糖水送来很贴心，酒店的露天泳池水柔景美，可以边欣赏小蛮腰边戏水放松，酒店客人素质都很高，不会被打扰，外国人多一些，很客气，难得雅致舒适惬意的环境。

Restaurants are too far away. There was NO WHITE WINE in the restaurant Chinoiserie!!! Staff English very poor

The room was stunning, with simply stunning views. The service and cleanliness were both amazing. I was honestly blown away by the design of the room and the views. Quite possibly one of my favourite hotels.
The location was perfect for getting around on the metro and the hotel is also connected to a mall.

Service didn't attain my expectations. Receptionist very unfriendly. Arrived late at night and couldn't connect to Wifi. Called and they said they would send someone but staff never arrived. In the morning, staff couldn't connect to Wifi, took them a long time to sort it out (used their own personal phone).

Had such a great time here. The hotel stuff and restaurant stuff was very helpful and friendly. And a big thank you to Peter for an excellent service. If you go to jumeirah definitely ask for Peter to help you out !!

This is truly a five star hotel. Super luxurious in every aspect. The rooms are located in the high floors, above 50, so the views from my room was spectacular. The room is well equipped with everything you can imagine, and in general you will not want to leave. Breakfast was great as well and the service in he lobby was superb. There is a nice shopping mall just around the corner in the same complex, and a big supermarket could be found down stairs.
Very Expensive. Dishes in the restaurant are ridiculously small.

The overall service and environment is just perfect, a very good stay with my family with two kids in Guangzhou.
- Very professional and kind hospitality by the staff from reception to hotel manager.
