Зручне розташування біля метро

Персонал не орієнтувався в наших запитах. У результаті дійшло до того, що ввечері перед тим як лягали спати знайшли клопів в кімнаті. Адміністрація з цим нічого не зробила, сказавши, що вирішить питання зранку. Ми всю ніч не спали з подругою, а чоловік спав в машині. Повернули 70% коштів, а я ще мовчу про те, скільки ми витратили, щоб продезинфікувати наші речі в хімчистці і не привезти тих клопів додому.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 4 minutes walk from the metro station (red line). The staff was nice and helped with me a luggage. If you are looking for 3-4 nights in Kyiv - it's a good choice.

The room is modern. It's not that big, but has everything you need. The quality of mattress is of high quality, which is so important for me. Nice hotel for good value!

On weekends very loud music from restaurant downstairs or surrounding area, no sleep before 01:00 am

I have stayed several hotel which are more than 50 I guess. It was the worsttt experience at all. - There was no hot water in first day - Room is very cold. They try to heat with airconditioner - Some part of towel was burned :) - They dont speak English at all ! You are trying to communicate with translator every time which is loosing time. - No daily room cleaning service - Air exhaust system in bathroom doesnt work - No noise canceling in the room !! You can hear the room which is next to you - ınternet sometimes was stopping to work !

All was pretty much okay There is a restaurant right near that is open till midnight which is good

Clean and quiet rooms at a good price. There was a supermarket to the left of the hotel that was quite convenient. The river is also walking distance. Helpful staff.

The rooms looked a bit more well off in the pictures uploaded on booking. I was a bit shocked when I saw them in person. Television did not work but I couldnt be bothered.
