Nothing at all.

The room was very bad and dirty. Cracks in the ceiling and walls, phone is not working, chairs are rotten, spider webs on the walls, safe was not working, shower was not working, AC was not working, no window in the room, etc. In general, the room was not suitable for animals to stay in it. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was a very bad experience and I should get reimbursed for my stay.

Room was very dirty. Fridge.. better not open it. There was no water in the shower when it turned on hot and the shower head was broken.

Dont book rooms here without seeing the rooms yourself. the pictures are so misleading. They take advance payment and there is no way to get a refund. we booked for 6 nights by seeing the pictures on booking.com but when we went there the room was an utter disaster. The sheets were stained and black stains were on the pillows. We asked to change the room and the girl in the reception agreed to it upon availability the next day. We immediately booked another hotel for the night as we couldn’t sleep in such condition and when we went to check for the room availability the next day the boy in the reception was sitting on the massage chair next to the reception, he kept a paper on the reception with his number and when we went there nobody attended us in the reception so we called the number and he answered and asked “yes, what do you want? “ and came to the reception. he didn’t know about our request to change rooms and was very rude. so we had to book another hotel for our entire stay. the housekeeping staff was very helpful though including the girl in the reception!

Value for money as we only use for 4 hours for shower & brush up & short break

Staff give us black face when we check in 6am & told us we need to pay extra for early check in while we paid for last night stay ...not responsive

the water heater cant use , then ur room service staff come in our room without asking and our permission and we all not in the room , clean everything that I didn’t ask for it . it’s not good for us . how come you let ur room service staff come in our room without asking us ? and let us know bout that ?
