Local item like Appamwith stew,Vada ect were not there. You should serve more local items with improved quality.

Rooms are not clean. Extremely run down. Poor house keeping service hence explains the cleanliness. Reception staffs are under trained. Poor service. Overall, not a good place to stay unless the management revamps the hotel.

The property was not clean. No toiletries in washroom, only 2 soap kept. The floor area and carpet in the walkway is really dirty. Room telephone is not in working condition. Toilet jet spray not working and no tissues at the place. Staff have no clear information about your check in and check out even though booked in advance, and least bothered about the guests.
