Very big and very nice room

We stay two night and they did not clean one of the room Not coffees machine in the room

Very quiet - only one of the blocks seemed to be being used. We were given access to storage room for bags on early arrival. Nice pool with cocktails.

Big room with 2 beds - good airco - clean - pool is great. Great maya restaurant only a few blocks away!

Location was a bit out of the citycenter so we had to take a taxi daily. Keep that in mind if you choose this hotel. It was quiet and peacefull though. No breakfast options. Staff was nog the friendliest.

Everything! Location is perfect if you have a car, just outside the busy area but close enough to be in and out of the center. The hotel is beautiful, staff is nice and the rooms are just perfect : spacious, comfortable and quiet.

We wish we could have stayed longer!

beautiful on the outside, colonial style building, room is spacious. friendly staffs.

no coffee machine, no cups, lack of towel, insects(more than 30) keep coming in the room even the door and the windows are fully closed. no water refills. far from town. room is flooding , because of the rain that rain leaks from window. no smart TV.

Great value for spacious, high ceiling room. Nice atmosphere since rooms are in one story buildings and everything was clean and relatively modern. Including water, daily maid service and security on site. Location was good for traveling by car - just far enough away from the buzz (therefore quiet) and with lots of free/private Parking directly in front of the door. Close to local, Mayan restaurant IX Cat IK (highly recommended experience).

No fridge, no safe, courtyard a bit worn down.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is great value for money. The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The swimming pool is big enough.

It would have been great to have a fridge and a security box in the room
