Limpio, amenidades al día, buen servicio

Los restaurantes pueden contar con mejor calidad en los alimentos, es decir, no es un todo incluido, en los cuales uno espera un calidad menor. En este caso la calidad era superior a un todo incluido, pero por debajo de la categoría de hotel

Very Happy with the room, the pool area and service, the hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. Loved the retail store and the free coupons given on check in. everyone was very polite and efficient.

The food we had was very pricey. $84.00 CAD (by the pool) for 2 burgers, a beer and a soft drink seemed like quite a lot. The burgers were just okay. The restaurant by the pool was better but still pricey.

Very surprised when i read the positive reviews. I doubt they are genuine reviews. Poor service overall. All requests are met with a polite "not possible". No for connecting rooms. No for rooms next to each other. No for rooms in the left wing which is the one with the nicer view. No for late check out... Food is expensive and not tasty. We ate at the "Italian" restaurant once and it was enough. All other evenings we ate at the HZ restaurants. Club 91 is a waste of money. Don't pay extra for it. Better take the regular breakfast which has much more food choice. Rooms are basic. This is not a five stars hotel and definitely not worth your noney.

Breakfast buffet is really good but to expensive so we only went once.

We were at the pool about dinner time (maybe 6-7pm) and we were in the hot tub. An employee went and took our crocs and shirts. We tried to hunt them down. Finally the next day they found everything except one pair of crocs. I would have thought the hotel would comp us breakfast or something. They just said, sorry we don’t have it. Very frustrating. Crocs are not cheap.

Close to the beach

There was construction ongoing next door. Which made it very noisy during the day. The saving Grace was, construction was stopped during the 3 days of the Christmas

Fantastic 5 star resort. The pools and the beach were amazing!

The hotel has a nice location with access to the beach and a nice view onto the ocean. It is certainly large but it didn’t feel crowded given that there were lots of recreational areas (very large pool) including ones reserved for adults only. We enjoyed dining in at their restaurants, the food was very good both at breakfast and in the evening at Sedona. the rooms were kept impeccably clean and generally the staff was great

The tennis courts are perhaps fun for kids to play on, they are fluffy and can’t be used for actual play

Really friendly and helpful staff, great hotel layout with great restaurants.

Shower leaked really bad in the bathroom and soaked the bathroom floor each time it was used.

Spa area is definitely a plus, very enjoyable. All staff were really kind. Location is great and the view from the room is really nice.

There are not extra activities to do, besides the pool or jacuzzi.

Really awesome location - wonderful beach front and indoor pools. Nice and spacious rooms!

The front desk staff seemed disorganised - also had issues with my bill that they had to rectify. They had to have us switch rooms in middle of our stay so forced us to check-out for 6 hours unlike just making us switch rooms.. Lastly their coffee makers seem "smart" but not the most user friendly and were leaky and not good!

Lobby bar was a bit boring

Beautiful hotel and stunning grounds. The staff were great. Very friendly, approachable and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The beach and view was my favourite. Absolutely stunning. The location was fantastic and near all of the lovely restaurants and a walking distance from the shopping centres. There were a lot of shops nearby and a bus stop very close to the hotel. They gave us a $50 credit to our room each day which was very lovely of them. The pool area was really nice too and the complimentary hand massage was great!

There wasn’t any entertainment so there wasn’t much to do in the actual hotel. I noticed there also wasn’t any music in around the pool area so there wasn’t much of a vibe in that sense. There were certain part of the beachfront and hotel that had some beach chairs where you had to pay quite a bit of money to use them for the day. I feel that if you are a hotel guest you should be able to use any of the chairs personally. The drinks soft drinks were sometimes quite flat. The hanging lights in our room didn’t work and we also weren’t told the number for the front desk upon entry.

The property was very clean and in the areas where it has been renovated it was lovely!

The building work by the adults pool was not good, there was dust in the adult pool that ruined one of my brackets and the noise was not relaxing. It should have been cleaned daily given the work and the impact. We had access to the club and thought this would be a lovely relaxing space to enjoy evening drink and some nibbles however some people and families use it as an all inclusive restaurant and as a result it can best be described as a a very loud canteen that is not enjoyable and therefore not worth the money. At the same time rules were broken, for example people where take armfuls of drinks out of the door with them several times a day which should be allowed and staff saw this and didn’t stop them, yet when my husband entered on the last day with slippers as he hurt his foot, he was immediately tool they are not allowed in here and lectured about the footwear rule!!!!

Is een massa hotel in zeer toeristisch gebied. Ik heb dit hotel gekozen omdat het de locatie was van mijn congres. Het Italiaans restaurant was zeer lekker. In Mexico verwacht je toch eerder Mexicaans eten. Mijn ervaring in het Mexicaans restaurant (er was toen wel een event met el dia de los muertes 1 nov. was zeer matig. Rechttegenover het hotel heb ik wel lekker Mexicaans gegeten alsook excellent in het hotel ‘Una vida’ in Tulum.
