It was a convenient place to stay due to an early airport departure.

No restaurant open and unhelpful staff. Lack of spoken English and lack of general understanding of requests.

We could walk the 1 km to the airport. The hotel was a short taxi ride (70,000 Dong) from the train station.

Check in atmosphere late at night was interrupted by the coming and going of boisterous, demanding people.

The location was good for those looking to take a boat to other islands.

The hotel had a serious damp issue and cleanliness was poor. It had a terrible smell of mold. There was also an issue with the aircon that was incredibly old. The upstairs of the property was dirty and overheated. The pool was dirty too with bugs. This hotel does not live up to its pictures and was disappointing for the price. I would not recommend this hotel. They need to refurbish. The bar outside was not finished.

cheap stay not very far from the airport

-not nearly as nice as it looks on the pictures -breakfast was not very good, not enough choices -loud banging of doors and talking in the middle of the night -staff not really helpful - they made us take a scammed Taxi who took a huge detour to the airport were we ended up paying more than usual. -close but not in walking distance to the airport (although advertised) -also no free airport shuttle

staff are helpful. Specially Huyen she is so lovely. breakfast is okay. If I visit Vietnam next time I would love to stay here again

Very good location and near aiport

Staff is not helpful. We booked kingsize bed with lake view, but they gave a different room. After I complain as I book on booking.com, they upgrade other room. That is not true in business
